Two things to keep in mind:
ā¢ AI tools make mistakes, and they sound confident while making them. Check your alert in the alert checker, then start with the smallest quantity in one account.
ā¢ Never paste your API key, your password or your webhook link into an AI chat.
We still answer anything about our side, like what a field means or why an alert was refused. For the code itself, use the AI.

| 11 | AmiBroker, MetaTrader and Excel now connect directly
ā¢ What changed: the new libraries talk to the platform on their own. No background program has to stay running, and orders go straight from your charts or your sheet.
ā¢ Where to get them: open the Tools menu, then Client Libraries, and download the one you need. Your API key is already inside the file, so there is nothing to type.
ā¢ Keep the file private: it carries your API key. Anyone who has it can place orders in your accounts. Never email it, and never attach it to a support request or a forum post.
ā¢ Back up your current setup first: copy your existing files and settings to a safe place, and build the new setup separately. Do not write over a setup that is working today.
ā¢ Take support help: these tools are new. Please contact support before you start, and we will guide you through the setup and your first test order.

| 12 | New setting: commodity quantity in lots
ā¢ What it is: for commodity (MCX) contracts you can now type the number of lots instead of the number of units. Type 1 where you type 250 today for a natural gas mini contract.
ā¢ Why we built it: brokers do not follow one standard here. Some count units, some count lots. This setting makes the same number mean the same trade on every broker.
ā¢ How to turn it on: open Settings, then General, and switch on Commodity Quantity in Lots. It stays off until you turn it on. Turning it off again is a single click.
Please read before you turn it on
ā¢ It changes what your quantity means, everywhere. It applies to your programs too: the API, a chart bridge, Excel and any other automation. Update your program first, or your usual quantity will be read as that many lots.
ā¢ Cancel any commodity orders that are already waiting at your broker. They were placed in units, so after the switch they will show a smaller number, and modifying one could place a much larger trade than you expect.
ā¢ Contracts with a lot size of 1 do not change.
ā¢ The Options Desk basket is not affected. There the number you type is always the exact quantity.

ā¢ What it does: shows a live option chain. Pick your underlying and expiry, build a strategy, and place every leg in one click.

ā¢ See the risk first: a payoff chart and table show your profit, loss and breakeven points before you place anything.

ā¢ Options Desk is open to everyone: build an options basket, see the payoff chart with breakeven points, and place it on many accounts at once.

Earlier, if a square off failed once, we stopped that position from being squared off using "Square off Market Button" for the whole day. A user had to use "Custom Sq. Off Button" to sqaure it off.
Now:
ā¢ The pause is only 15 minutes, not the whole day. After that you can try again.
ā¢ You can switch the pause off completely: Settings > General > Trading > Square-off Safety Pause
ā¢ The message on screen now tells you how many minutes are left and where to switch it off.
Why do we pause at all? If your broker rejected a square off, it will usually fail again for the same reason. The pause gives you time to fix it at the broker side first. | 225 |

| 18 | Finvasia - Migration to IPv6 Platform [Action Needed]
Finvasia accounts on AutoTrader Web use the old KAMBALA_FIN_IPV4 platform. We have retired it, so recharges for it will now be declined unless you have shifted to the new platform.
Good News: Moving takes a few minutes, and it costs less for static IP ā Only ā¹100 a month instead of ā¹200 or ā¹299.
Steps:
1. Open Accounts -> Trading Accounts and click your Finvasia account.
2. Change Platform to KAMBALA_FIN_IPV6.
3. Save your Account. Then EDIT is again.
4. Click Static IP and take your Premium static IPv6. You get two addresses, a primary and a backup, for the same ā¹100.
5. Log in to Finvasia (Click your profile id on top right, then click API KEY) and register both addresses there while removing old ipv4.
6. Save the account, then place a small test order.
Your old IPv4 static IP is released on its own, and you are not charged for it again.
