Lower prices for static IPs and licences
From 9 October 2026:
•
Standard static IP: ₹150 per month (was ₹200)
• Premium static IP: ₹250 per month (was ₹299). The first purchase is still for 2 months, now ₹500 (was ₹598)
• Loyalty discount starts much sooner: your licence becomes ₹445 per account once your total billing crosses ₹5,000 (was ₹25,000)
• Existing users get the new prices automatically from their next renewal. Nothing to do on your side.

| 13 | System updates done in last 2 weeks
• More BSE stocks: stocks from more BSE groups (T, X, XT, M, MT and Z) can now be traded, not just groups A and B.
• Options baskets: one leg can now trade a multiple of the basket quantity. The screen also tells you when an order will cross the best bid or ask.
• Bracket orders: the target now exits on the first touch, so a quick spike no longer misses it. The stop loss still checks twice before it exits.
• Faster portfolio screen: Holdings, Positions, Orders and GTT stay smooth while live prices are updating.
• Broker fixes: AliceBlue now shows MTF holdings and the correct average price. Mastertrust EOS orders no longer get rejected. 5Paisa order times are fixed, and commodity square-off quantities are now correct.
• Static IP: you now get an email when your IP will not renew by itself. If a charge fails because of a low balance, it is retried after you recharge. | 271 |

We have seen Angel One api to be highly unreliable in last 1 week or so.
• From 9:15 to 9:17 AM, Angel One's API stopped responding
• This was on Angel's side, not your IP or setup
• Orders sent in that window may still have been placed
• Everything has been normal since 9:17 AM | 267 |
| 15 | Shoonya (Finvasia) outage today
Shoonya's servers stopped responding today from about 2:28 PM to 2:45 PM.
• Orders, order book, positions and margins all timed out for Shoonya accounts during that time
• You may have seen "Timeout on blocking read" errors in the platform
• Other brokers worked normally. This was on Shoonya's side
• Shoonya has been working normally again since 2:46 PM
What to do
• Check your positions in the Shoonya app. Orders that failed during that time were not placed, so your strategy may not have taken those trades
• Square off or adjust any position that doesn't match your plan

| 16 | If you were affected, please raise a complaint with Groww support. You can send this:
My orders placed through the Groww Trade API failed on 21 Sep 2026, between about 10:35 AM and market close. The API returned "Not Found [Status: 404]" for https://api.groww.in/v1/order/create and other API calls. The same requests worked before this time. Because of this, some of my buy and sell orders were not placed.

| 17 | Groww API issue on 21 Sep
On 21 Sep, from around 10:35 AM until market close, Groww's API randomly returned a "Not Found" (404) error for many requests.
• Some orders sent through the API did not reach Groww. Both buy and sell orders were affected, including copy trading.
• The same order could go through on one account and fail on another at the same moment.
• Order book and position updates also failed at times.
• This was not caused by your orders, settings or account. The error came from Groww's side. | 218 |

Angel One's API stopped responding for many accounts at these times. Other brokers worked normally.
• 16 Sep: 9:16 to 9:22 AM, and 9:56 to 10:02 AM
• 17 Sep: 9:15 to 9:55 AM
• It has been working normally since 9:56 AM today.
• Some orders sent during these times may show as failed but could still have gone through. Please check your Angel One order book before placing them again.
We have reported this to Angel One and are waiting for their reply. The fix has to come from their side, so please email them too. Reports from their own clients get attention faster.
