قبل فترة تناقشت بموضوع مشابه هو أنّ الأفكار والفلسفات التي تنظر للحياة بشكل متشائم وتدعو للاإنجابية مثلًا هي dead ends من منظور تطوري. لأن اللاإنجابي ما رح يمرر جيناته للجيل الجاي، بينما اللي ندعوهم بالبسطاء والمتوهمين احنة معاشر العقلاء والمثقفين همة اللي يمررون جيناتهم ويستمر المجتمع بسببهم. بالنهاية، همة اللي يصنعون الثقافة همين، لأن أهم جزء من الثقافة culture والجزء اللي يخلي الها الأثر بالنفوس وبالمجتمع هو ما يُتناقَل عبر الأجيال مو عبر الكتب والجرائد. حتى البوذية، وهي فلسفة عدمية، تم تخفيفها حتى تناسب عامة الناس، بحيث صار يوجد الإعتقاد البوذي اللي يكول: بدل ما تحصل الإستنارة وتتخلص من دورة التناسخ بحياتك الحالية (وهالشي صعب كلش)، ممكن تحاول فقط "تحسّن" من روحك بحيث بالحياة الجاية تصير أقرب للإستنارة. ما يَتبَعه هو أنّ هاي الأفكار هي أفكار مَرَضية pathological لا تُسمِن ولا تُغني من جوع وإنهزامية لأن الفرد المؤمن بيها يَجبن أمام الحياة وتحدياتها.
