Johnson says his wife was trying to get life insurance benefits by attempting to kill him.

Handy and others were arrested in 2020 after they blocked the entrance to an abortion clinic. They were then convicted on felony conspiracy against rights and a FACE Act offense in 2023
Handy and the others brought ropes and chains at the time and used them to tie themselves together, sitting on chairs by the entrance. As they sat by the entrance, they sang hymns, prayed, and said that the abortion clinic was killing babies.
Her statement: "I am at peace with myself and my future. I will go into court with my head held high and heart open."

Over the last two years, the foreign-born population in the US has grown over 5 million, a two-year growth record—of which only 46% are employed.
The findings of CIS highlight, "In March 2024, the foreign-born population reached 51.6 million, 5.1 million more than in March 2022—the largest two-year increase ever recorded in American History." CIS added in the report that this is approximately equal to the growth in the foreign-born population in the 9 years prior to COVID-19. Since President Joe Biden has taken office, the number of foreign-born people in the US has increased on record by 6.6 million in 39 months.
The CIS estimated that if the trend continues, the US foreign-born population will reach 62.5 and then 82.2 million by 2040.

Loren Merchan’s company has also received around $500,000 from the Arizona Democratic Party and Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s "Fight Like Hell" PAC, as well as around $4 million from Rep Adam Schiff.

BILL MELUGIN: ICE says a Colombian aggravated murderer who was caught by Border Patrol in November near San Luis, AZ, was released into the U.S. on his own recognizance, despite a 2016 conviction for aggravated murder in Colombia and being wanted in his home country.
Boston based ICE deportation officers just found & arrested him on Monday.
I have reached out to CBP to ask how this convicted & wanted killer was released into the U.S. despite constant DHS claims of “thorough vetting” at the border. Will update when I hear back.
“This Colombian national is wanted in his home country for some very serious crimes,” said ICE Boston Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons. “He attempted to hide out in Massachusetts, and now he will have to answer for his actions.”

Nitrogen, phosphorus, chloride, oil and cyanide among the 371m lb of pollutants released by just 41 plants in five years.
According to research by the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS), the contaminants were dispersed in 87bn gallons of wastewater – which also contains blood, bacteria and animal feces – and released directly into streams, rivers, lakes and wetlands relied on for drinking water, fishing and recreation. The UCS analysis is based on the most recent publicly available water pollution data Tyson is required to report under current regulations. The wastewater was enough to fill about 132,000 Olympic-size pools.
The water pollution from Tyson was spread across 17 states, but about half the contaminants were dumped into streams, rivers, lakes, and wetlands in Nebraska, Illinois and Missouri.
