Duas according to Quran & Sunnah. [“One who guides to something good has a reward similar to that of its doer” - Saheeh Muslim vol.3, no.4665] ❝Be sincere in your aim and you will find the support of Allah surrounding you.❞ — Ibn al-Qayyim (رحمه الله)

Hasbi Allahu wa nimal wakeel was the dhikr Ibrahim عليه السلام made when he was being thrown into fire. A fire that was build up and lit for a month according to some narrations. A fire that his family approved of and gathered to witness him burn in. If you are burning through the fires of this life and your family is just a spectator to it remember to make the dhikr of Hasbi Allahu wa nimal wakeel - Allah is with me and He is the best disposer of affairs. ALLAH IS SUFFICIENT FOR ME - I DON'T NEED ANYONE ELSE. If this dhikr was good enough for Ibrahim عليه السلام abul ambiya, it should be good enough for the followers of Ibrahim عليه السلام. Allah cooled down the fire to grant Ibrahim عليه السلام ease and safety. Allah will grant you similar ease and safety. You don't need anyone save Allah to control your circumstances. Flee to Allah - He will protect, honour and safeguard. - Shamsiya Noorul Quloob

Do you have a grudge, worldly dispute, enmity, or trial involving someone? Do you wish to resolve it? Do you want that person to love you? Then seek Allah’s forgiveness for them and make duʿāʾ for them in their absence. — Shaykh ʿAbdus-Salām al-Shuwayʿir حفظه الله ‏ https://www.linktr.ee/SalafiPosts A Reminder Benefits the Believers.

Hadith: Recite Surah Al-Kafirun then go to sleep , because it is a declaration of freedom from shirk (polytheism.) Rasool-Allah SallAllahu Alaihi Wasallam said Recite Qul Ya Ayyuhalkafiroon... (Surah Al-Kafiroon) and then go to sleep ,because it is a declaration of freedom from shirk (polytheism.) Qul Ya Ayyuhalkafiroon. The Virtue of Supplicating While in Prostration Shaykh Muhammad ibn Salih al-Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: The Prophet ﷺ said: “The closest that a servant is to his Lord is while he is in prostration, so increase your supplications.” When a person supplicates to Allah, he is near to Allah, and Allah is near to him, as Allah, Glorified and Exalted, said: ﴿وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لِي وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ﴾ “And when My slaves ask you concerning Me, then indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they may be rightly guided.” [Al-Baqarah: 186] The closest a person comes to his Lord is when he is in prostration. This is because prostration contains the utmost humility before Allah, the Mighty and Majestic. You place the noblest and highest part of your body—your face—upon the ground, in the place where feet tread, out of reverence and glorification for your Lord, the Mighty and Majestic. In this state, Allah draws near to you, and you draw near to your Lord. Therefore, increase in supplication while in prostration, whether you are prostrating in an obligatory prayer or a voluntary prayer, and whether your supplication concerns matters of this world or matters of the Hereafter. All of it is good, because supplication itself is an act of worship. If you were to say: “O Allah, increase my wealth.” Or: “O Allah, provide me with a beautiful home.” Or: “O Allah, grant me a comfortable vehicle.” And similar supplications, there is no harm in that, even if it is during an obligatory prayer. It has been reported in a hadith: “Let one of you ask his Lord even for the strap of his sandal.” The strap of a sandal is something very small, yet a person should ask Allah for everything, because every request you make to Allah is an act of worship. Then know that whenever you ask Allah, you are successful in every circumstance. For Allah will either: • Grant you what you asked for, • Or avert from you an evil that is greater, • Or store its reward for you on the Day of Resurrection. Therefore, whoever supplicates to Allah will never be deprived. So increase in supplication to Allah, and increase in seeking His forgiveness. 📚Sharḥ Riyāḍ al-Ṣāliḥīn (4/264)

GATHER THEM THREEFOLD Seek forgiveness, recite the Hawqala, and send abundant blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ. Gather these three often: seeking forgiveness, the Hawqala, and blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ, and you will soon witness relief by the permission of Allah Almighty. Benefits: Seeking forgiveness (Istighfār) brings mercy and opens doors of provision. (Qur’an 71:10–12) The Hawqala (Lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh) is a treasure from Paradise and a source of strength. (Sahih al-Bukhari 6409; Sahih Muslim 2704) Sending blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ brings blessings, forgiveness, and relief from worries. (Sahih Muslim 408; Jami’ al-Tirmidhi 2457)

Whoever seeks Allah’s forgiveness in the last part of the night, even if only once, will be counted among those whom Allah praised when He said: وَالْمُسْتَغْفِرِينَ بِالْأَسْحَارِ “…and those who seek forgiveness before dawn.” “I seek forgiveness from Allah, there is no deity worthy of worship except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, and I turn to Him in repentance.”

Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said, "The scholars have compiled a collection of remembrances and supplications that a servant should say when he wakes up, when he wakes up, when he sleeps, when he fears something, and similar causes, sufficient to achieve the desired outcome. Whoever follows such a path has followed the path of the saints of Allah, upon whom there is no fear, nor shall they grieve." [Majmu' al-Fatawa, 28/281]

HOW OFTEN DO WE PUNISH OUR WARDS ?! Abdullah bn Umar (radhiyal Laahu 'anh) narrated : A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: O Messenger of Allah, how often should we pardon a servant (or household worker)?” He repeated the question, and the Prophet ﷺ remained silent. Then when he asked for the third time, the Prophet ﷺ said: “Pardon him SEVENTY TIMES every day.” Collected by Tirmidhee (1949), Aboo Daawud (5164).Saheehah #488.

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever recites this du‘ā during the day with firm faith in it and dies before evening will enter Jannah. And whoever recites it at night with firm faith in it and dies before morning will enter Jannah.” — Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 6306 This is Sayyidul Istighfar — the greatest and most complete form of seeking forgiveness that a servant can offer to their Lord. Khalaqtani wa ana ‘abduka, wa ana ‘ala ‘ahdika wa wa‘dika mastata‘tu. A‘udhu bika min sharri ma sana‘tu. Abu’u laka bini‘matika ‘alayya, wa abu’u bidhanbi. Faghfir li, fa innahu la yaghfiru adh-dhunuba illa Anta. Translation “O Allah, You are my Lord. There is no god worthy of worship except You. You created me, and I am Your servant. I remain faithful to Your covenant and promise as best as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your blessings upon me, and I admit my sins. So forgive me, for none forgives sins except You.” This du‘a is not just words upon the tongue. When you say it sincerely, it is as though you are saying: “Ya Allah, I constantly fall into mistakes, but my heart always returns to You because You are my Lord.” Say it today. Say it tonight. Mean every word. Share this post. If someone acts upon it, you will also receive the reward. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever guides someone to goodness will have a reward like the one who did it.” (Sahih Muslim 1893)

Ibn Rajab رحمه الله: Many of the Salaf recommended making an abundance of supplication on the days of at-Tashriq. 'Akramah said: It is recommended to supplicate on the days of at-Tashriq: رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةًۭ وَفِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ حَسَنَةًۭ وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ (Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire) [al-Baqarah: 201] This supplication is from the most comprehensive of supplications of good. The Prophet ﷺ used to supplicate with it abundantly. It is narrated that he ﷺ would supplicate with it the most, and when he be would supplicate [with other supplications], he ﷺ would combine it with them. The supplication combines the good of this life and the hereafter. al-Hasan said: The good in this life is knowledge and worship and in the hereafter, paradise. Sufyan said: The good in this life is knowledge and good, wholesome provisions, and in the hereafter, paradise.

One solution to all your problems... A man once came to Imam Hasan al-Basri (May Allah be pleased with him) and complained to him: “The sky does not shower us with rain, what must we do?.” He replied: “Seek Allah’s forgiveness" (say Astaghfirullah). Then another person came to him and said, “I am very poor, I need wealth, what must I do?.” He replied: “Seek Allah’s forgiveness." Then another person came to him and complained, “My wife is barren; she cannot bear children, we want to get children, what must we do?.” He replied: “Seek Allah’s forgiveness." The people who were present, said to Imam Hasan al-Basri: “Every time a person came to you complaining about different things, yet you instructed them to seek Allah’s forgiveness?” The Imam said, “Have you not read the statement of Allah? 'I said "Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Truly He is Oft-Forgiving. He will send rain to you in abundance; increase you in wealth and children; grant you gardens and bestow on you rivers."' [Nuh 71:10-12]

The weapon of the believer is his dua. It is his connection to his Lord. It is what he relies upon in times of difficulty. It is what makes the impossible possible. But how many times have we made dua and felt as though it was not being answered? Allah promised to answer our supplications, yet despite that, sometimes it feels as though no matter how long or how much we ask, we are not answered. There can be many reasons for this. Perhaps Allah will give you what you asked for, but according to His timing and not yours. Or perhaps what you are asking for is not actually good for you, so instead Allah protects you from an equivalent evil or stores the reward of that dua for you in the Hereafter, as mentioned in an authentic hadith. Or maybe your dua was actually not answered. Is that possible? Yes, it is. Ponder over the following hadith of the Prophet ﷺ: The Prophet ﷺ mentioned a man who undertook a long journey, with messy hair and covered in dust, raising his hands to the sky saying, “O my Lord, O my Lord,” while his food was haram, his drink was haram, his clothing was haram, and he was nourished with haram ,so how could his supplication be answered? The scholars mention a subtle benefit in this hadith: this man possessed four reasons for his dua to be accepted: 1) He was a traveler. 2) He was in a state of need, humility, and submissiveness. 3) He raised his hands, from the etiquettes of dua. 4) He persisted in his dua, repeating: “Ya Rabb, Ya Rabb.” Yet despite all of this, his dua was still rejected. The scholars mention that this was because everything connected to this man was haram. His food was haram, his drink was haram, his clothing was haram, and he was nourished by haram. He was a man whose life was filled with disobedience and sin. This hadith shows us how sins can become a barrier between a person and the acceptance of his dua. In these ten days, days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than at any other time, and within which is the Day of Arafah, a day on which more people are freed from the Fire than any other, do not deprive yourself of Allah’s mercy because of sins that are weighing you down. Break free from sin. Call upon Allah while expecting a response, because when you do your part by abandoning sins, Allah will never fail to fulfill His promise by responding to your dua. ‎اللهم إنا دعوناك كما أمرتنا فاستجب لنا كما وعدتنا “O Allah, we have called upon You as You commanded us, so answer us as You promised us.”

The Prophet ﷺ said, “Verily your Lord is Generous and Shy. If His servant raises his hands to Him (in supplication) He becomes shy to return them empty.” [Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi]

ALLAH HAS FULL ABILITY TO GIVE YOU ANYTHING YOU WANT! AND ONLY HE (SWT) HAS THAT ABILITY.

There are two expressions which are very easy for the tongue to say, but they are very heavy in the balance and are very dear to The Beneficent (Allāh), and they are: 'Subḥāna-llāhi wa-bi-ḥamdih' and 'Subḥāna-llāhi l-ʿaẓīm'. [Bukhari]
