Among other activities, he supplied weapons to the Hamas terrorist organization during the war.

The submarine completed a 23-day, 3,792-nautical-mile journey from the Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems shipyard in Kiel, Germany.
Defense Minister Israel Katz said the submarine’s arrival sends a message to Israel’s enemies, particularly Iran.
“The submarine’s arrival is an important message to all those who seek to threaten us, foremost among them the murderous Ayatollah regime in Tehran,” Katz said at the arrival ceremony.
“Distance does not grant immunity, not in the air, not on land, and not at sea.”
