There’s a strange double standard in how we remember the 20th century’s two most murderous totalitarian ideologies. 4	Millions of Americans trust the “gluten-free” label to tell them what’s safe to eat. The issue is these products often still contain gluten. Sina McCullough breaks down how dated science from World War II is still dictating labeling today. “This is another label lie that I found out along my journey.” “I was consuming those foods thinking that I was totally gluten-free ’cause they have the label on them that says gluten-free.” “It came from World War II when there was a doctor who was taking care of children who had celiac disease.” “Because of the war, there was actually a grain shortage.” “Something miraculous happened. 5	We just sat down with Sina McCullough, nutritional biologist and author of “Hands Off My Food!” As chronic and autoimmune diseases seem increasingly common, we asked her what hope there is for those who feel they’ve “tried everything”—Western medicine, functional medicine, and all the diets. She said most people are looking in the wrong place. “About 60% of the time,” Sina said, “if somebody does the basics…they can get into remission just from doing that.” Whole foods. All organic. 7	Urban warfare scholar John Spencer says Hamas has created a uniquely barbaric form of warfare that much of the world fails to understand. Hamas doesn’t merely accept the deaths of its own civilians as collateral damage. He says civilian deaths are an integral part of its political strategy. “The Hamas leadership… have many public statements… saying they need the blood of their women, children, and elderly to achieve their goals.” “They said they not only want it, they need it to achieve this goal of theirs in the afterlife.” “It’s a really sick political strategy.” “Even the Japanese, the Nazis, while they accepted civilian casualties, that wasn’t their strategy.” “To get their own population killed in order to achieve this political goal in the afterlife.” “There’s 600 miles of tunnels in Gaza, as one example.” “There’s 2.2 million people there. 9	The CCP doesn’t need an army to attack the West. 10	The Chinese Communist Party does not represent the Chinese people. Bradley Thayer says the CCP itself was born from Soviet imperialism. 11	We just interviewed Bradley Thayer, author of “America’s 100 Years’ War.” We asked why he calls the Chinese Communist Party a colonial government—not a Chinese one. He said Leninism was imported, imposed, and never consented to in China. “The Chinese Communist Party again was made by the Soviet Union, by the Comintern. It was led by Comintern agents.” “There’s nothing Chinese, or Han, about Lenin and Leninism.” “It’s absolutely illegitimate.” “Stalin ran, in every sense that mattered, the Chinese Communist Party.” “Mao Zedong did not have an original thought in his head. 19	“More people died in the prison ships than died in combat.” During the Revolutionary War, thousands of American Patriots were given a choice: abandon the cause or remain imprisoned under horrific conditions. 20	After decades of neglect, Freedom Plaza has been made anew. In its place stands Spirit of ’76, a new Revolutionary War installation commemorating forgotten American heroes. “One of the most amazing parts of the Spirit of '76 is Caesar Rodney,” says Matt Taylor, the visionary artist behind the new memorial. “He had facial cancer and emphysema, and he rode 80 miles overnight in a storm” to be the tiebreaker vote for the Declaration of Independence. Delaware’s government took down Rodney’s statue during the 2020 Black Lives Matter protests because he owned slaves. Now he rides again on a new pedestal in Freedom Plaza.
