$BTC dumped on good news. Here's why strong jobs data killed the rally. NFP crushed expectations: 162K vs 55K. Unemployment 4.1%. Revisions +21K. Strong economy = Fed keeps rates higher for longer. Before: Market priced in aggressive cuts. After: Pivot. Fewer cuts, slower pace. Higher rates = expensive capital = risk-off. BTC, tech, high-beta all bled. Not weakness. Cheap money isn't flooding the market like bulls expected. Every pump hits this liquidity ceiling until Fed shifts. The bid came from elsewhere. - Coinbase Premium -0.06% - Spot CVD +5.90M vs perp CVD +40.45M - Depth delta -651 spot, -3.2K perps - Funding 0.0079% - OI 8.30B, flat through the drop Price back at 77K with the same structure that failed at 79K.
