Bear market doesn't care about narratives.
Board-approved BTC Monetization Program with three use cases:
• Raise up to $1.25B for USD Reserve - at 60K that's ~20,800 $BTC
• Fund preferred stock dividends and interest payments
• Buy back class A shares and Digital Credit Securities
No expiration. Can be modified, suspended, or terminated anytime.
Only the USD Reserve goal has a hard cap. The other two? Open-ended.
They're not required to sell. But they can.

| 7 |  🪙 Just got back from a family weekend - but I still finished this week's report.
Bitcoin hit $58,115 this week - the deepest intraweek low of this entire bear phase.
ETF outflows re-accelerated to $1.79B after two weeks of slowing down. Coinbase Premium stayed negative every single hour for a second straight week. And three separate on-chain frameworks are now showing the same early-stage capitulation readings.
So - is this how a bottom starts, or how a bear phase looks before the next leg lower?

US opens in a few hours.
Binance Spot vs Futures, 15m:
Spot CVD: -339M - one-sided selling
Perp CVD: -613M - futures led, nearly 2x spot
Coinbase Premium: -0.16% - US buyers absent
Funding: -0.0001% - flat
Spot depth: +821 bid-side
Perp depth: -313 ask-side
The recovery from 59K to 62K occurred outside US hours. Asia/EU bought. US didn't.
Coinbase Premium is still negative - same sellers haven't flipped.
⚠️ Classic setup: US dumps, world rebounds.
Watch the first 30 min after opening. If Premium stays negative and perp CVD rolls over - 60K is back.

Here’s what actually happens:
🚫 Spot trading blocked from July 1
🚫 Open orders: 48h to close - after that, auto-cancelled
🚫 Margin positions: closed automatically
🚫 Staking, Earn, Launchpad: blocked
✅ Withdrawals - crypto, EUR, PLN ❌ Everything else - basically done
Binance themselves say: move your funds to a self-hosted wallet or another regulated exchange.

I’ve been through this myself - looked for a regulated exchange that covers everything I actually use.
Here’s what matters:
✔️ MiCA license = you can legally trade spot crypto. BTC, ETH, stablecoins. That’s it.
✔️ MiFID II license = you can legally trade futures, options, leveraged products. The stuff most of us actually use to trade actively.
Most regulated exchanges have one or the other.

| 17 | $BTC is sitting at 62K - with a wall of highly-leveraged short positions stacked just above.
🔴 Short squeeze zone: 62.8K -> 63.3K
These are traders betting on the price going down - using high leverage. If price pushes above 62.8K, they get forcibly liquidated. That liquidation buying can push price even higher - triggering a chain reaction.
