Candace Owens just released footage that shows the individual on top of the Losee Center performing a controlled lateral craw as he moves toward the corner of the building. He then drops into a prone position and remains there for roughly 20 seconds before suddenly getting up and sprinting away. At no point in the clearest video we have seen so far is there any visible muzzle flash, recoil, or indication that a shot was actually fired from that position.
