The system attempts to track breathing within a range of 6-30 breaths per minute and a pulse rate of 40 to 120 beats. Currently, RuView remains an experimental project, and reliable identity recognition is weak.

This is one of the most detailed official documents that directly refutes or significantly weakens many of the claims that dominated in the years 2020-2022.
Here are the strongest and most devastating points against the propaganda at that time:
1. Virus Origins
COVID-19 most likely came from a lab in Wuhan (a lab incident related to gain-of-function research).
Five key arguments in favor of the lab theory: biological features of the virus rarely found in nature; all early cases point to a single introduction into the population; dangerous research was conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology with insufficient biosafety levels; institute staff had COVID-like illness in fall 2019; no convincing evidence of a natural origin has been found over the years.
2. Social Distancing
The "6 feet" rule (approximately 2 meters) was not based on scientific data.
Anthony Fauci directly stated in closed testimony that it "sort of just appeared”.
3. Masks
There was no convincing evidence that masks effectively protect the population from COVID-19.
Authorities changed positions multiple times without providing data, which greatly undermined trust.
4. Lockdowns
Extended lockdowns caused immeasurable harm to the economy, physical and mental health of people, especially the youth - a group with the lowest risk of severe disease.
Closing schools was not justified by science. Children rarely spread the virus and rarely became severely ill, but they suffered historic losses in education, psychological damage, and deteriorating physical health (including a sharp rise in suicide attempts among girls aged 12-17).
5. Vaccines and Mandates
Vaccines did not stop the transmission of the virus (contrary to initial claims).
Mandates lacked sufficient scientific support, ignored natural immunity, caused harm, and seriously limited personal freedoms.
Promises that "get vaccinated – and protect others" turned out to be false.
6. Overall government interventions conclusion
The report directly states that many key measures (distancing, masks, prolonged lockdowns, school closures, and mandates) either lacked solid scientific basis or did more harm than good.
