A police officer who was killed in the line of duty in Montreal, Canada, has been identified as 34-year-old Mohamed Lamine Benredouane.
Officer Benredouane was on duty in Montreal’s Côte-des-Neiges district when a gunman opened fire.
The attack also claimed the life of Michael Moshe Mizrahi, a member of the local Jewish community, and left another police officer seriously injured.
