A strong team starts with strong leadership.
We'd like to introduce Luis Sanchez, our Plumbing Manager at United HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical.
Luis leads by example.
He stays positive under pressure, supports his team, and pays attention to the details that matter. His approachable leadership style helps build trust, accountability, and consistent performance across the department.
One of the things Luis consistently emphasizes is working safely and doing the job the right way the first time. In the video below, he shares a simple but important reminder about using the proper tools and staying focused on safety every day.
We appreciate everything Luis does to help our team grow and deliver quality service to our customers.
Thank you, Luis, for your dedication and leadership!

Every service call is different. You never know how the day will end.
What started as a routine plumbing repair turned into an unexpected challenge when a critical component of the customer's well water system had to be replaced, leaving the home without running water.
The correct replacement wasn't available anywhere nearby. While our warehouse team worked to source the right part, Tsyren Buraev searched across multiple cities trying to find a solution. In the meantime, he made sure the family wasn't left without water by personally delivering water to their home until the repair was completed.
That's what customer service means at United.
We don't just complete jobs—we stand by our customers until their problem is fully solved.
Thank you, Tsyren, for your dedication, professionalism, and commitment to our customers.

When was the last time a customer called you... just to ask how you're doing?
That's exactly what happened after this project.
What started as a sewer backup in a historic Palo Alto home turned into a complete plumbing transformation—main sewer replacement, a whole-house repipe, upgrades to two additional homes, and a $200,000 project.
The biggest win wasn't the sale.
It was earning so much trust that, even today, the homeowner still calls just to check in.
A special shoutout to Ben Maher, who successfully led this project from start to finish.
Ben, we’re proud to have you on the team. More stories like this one ahead. 🤝
Most people never see the finance team.
But every paycheck, every project, every expense, and every financial decision runs through them.
Over the past six months, our Finance team successfully completed two major system transitions: Housecall Pro → ServiceTitan and a new Innova payroll platform implementation.
Less manual work. Better accuracy. More time to support growth.
Thank you, Alina and Dmitrii, for keeping everything running behind the scenes.
Accuracy, consistency, and trust — that's what they bring to the team every day.

A few weeks ago, our Head of HVAC, Temirlan, closed a $52,000 project against a competing proposal of $43,000.
The scope was nearly identical, and the competitor's price was almost 20% lower.
Of course, we explained the technical side — equipment options, available rebates, long-term value, and what the customer could expect during installation.
During the visit, Temirlan heard piano music coming from another room and learned that the customer's children were preparing for a music tour across Europe. As a father of two daughters himself, he was genuinely interested, and the conversation naturally shifted from HVAC systems to family, children, and the dreams we all have for them.
That's the part the customer remembered.
At United, We're not just technicians and salespeople — we're homeowners, parents, and customers too. We understand how important it is to feel confident about the people working in your home.
Technical expertise earns credibility, but trust is what ultimately wins the projects.

Somewhere in the world, it’s morning. Somewhere else, it’s already evening.
Dispatchers open their laptops. CSRs log in. A permit specialist checks the queue. HR, admin, marketing, IT, Finance — everyone is getting ready for the day.
And then it’s 7 AM in Santa Clara.
Everyone’s online. Everyone’s ready.
This is United’s remote team — 19 people, one rhythm.
Most companies in our industry keep everything under one roof: dispatchers down the hall, HR around the corner, operations in the next office.
At United, it all happens through a Google Meet window.
This week, Jose Luis, Luis, and Javier — the people who know the field best — met the team that keeps everything moving behind the scenes: dispatchers, call center agents, permit and rebate specialists, HR, admin, finance, marketing.
Different cities. Different time zones.
One team.
And honestly? You’d never know the distance existed.
We captured a piece of it on camera. 🎥
One phone call can unravel weeks of work.
Plans redrawn. Documents revised. The city convinced all over again — because a customer changed their mind about where to put an EV charger.
That’s just a Tuesday for Helen.
Helen built our Permits & Rebates Division from scratch. Every permit, every city approval, every rebate application — it all flows through the system she created.
Every month, her team:
✔️ Closes ~30 permits
✔️ Submits ~10 rebate applications
✔️ Consults customers on available rebates
✔️ Coordinates with cities, inspectors, and field crews
Most people never see this side of the business. But without it, many projects would never get off the ground.
🎥 This week, we’re taking you inside a day in Helen’s world.
And next week — we’ll introduce you to another part of our UNITED life that’s driving our company’s growth.
Stay tuned.

This year, United changed.
Not because something broke — but because we kept moving forward.
The Plumbing Install Team grew stronger under Jose Luis Villa. Luis Sanchez has been leading the Plumbing Service department with steady hands. The HVAC division welcomed new strong specialists. And our Sales team got serious reinforcements too.
New people. New energy. Across the board.
And something that genuinely surprised us — strong American specialists started choosing United. Not by accident. Deliberately.
That tells us something about where we are now.
We’ve built something that’s hard to put on a job posting: a place where people actually want to show up. Where birthdays get celebrated between service calls. Where someone will show up on a tough job just because you asked. Where the group chat is actually funny.
The atmosphere is real — and so is the ambition.

In the next posts, we’ll share some of the real stories….
One day. Hundreds of calls. Dozens of customers. Endless multitasking.
This is what a real remote Customer Sales Representatives day looks like behind the scenes at United HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical 🔥
Not everyone can handle this pace.
Our team does it every single day.
Our CSR team consists of 5 amazing people:
Team Lead Madison, Victoria, Jerico, Krissia, and Lailanie.
These team members work remotely from the Philippines — which means for them this is a full night shift, every single day. That takes real dedication, discipline, and teamwork.
We truly appreciate everything you do for the company and our customers.
You guys are awesome ❤️

Most companies would have refunded the check and walked away. We called the city inspector instead.
Ben sold an $8,000 cleanout installation — a straightforward job, or so it looked. Then we opened the ground and everything stopped. The city line wasn’t installed to code, which meant no connection and no path forward.
Every contractor’s nightmare, right there in the dirt.
The easy move was obvious: apologize, refund the money, move on. But we don’t do easy. We scanned the system, brought in the inspector, and kept digging until we found the one angle that made it work — then got official approval to finish what we started.
Client got their project.
Ben got his commission.
We got another reminder that “impossible” is just the starting point.
April numbers, since we’re here:
17 projects. $250,000 in revenue.
Every single one finished.
Not handed back. Not explained away.
Finished.
Next post: something you don’t usually see in service companies… our remote team in action.

1–2 sales a week.
That was Bakhtiyor’s Abdivaitov start when we gave him a new challenge in February: sell Memberships to our customers.
He’d joined us in October 2025 as a dispatcher — spent months building the basics. English. Service knowledge. How to talk to a customer. How to close.
The first weeks in the new role were rough. The numbers showed it.
But here’s what Bakhtiyor did differently: he didn’t wait for things to get easier. He rewrote his scripts. Listened back to his calls. Adjusted. Called again.
By March — 30+ memberships closed.
His income doubled.
And the scripts he developed along the way? They’re now used by our entire customer support team.
We don’t share these stories to show off. We share them because this is what we’re actually building — a team where people grow, take ownership, and raise the bar for everyone around them.
Bakhtiyor, this is just the beginning!
Who should we feature next? Tell us in the comments.

We spend a full day just setting up a van. Here’s why.
We run a fleet of ~20 service vehicles — Ford Transit, Nissan NV1500, Dodge Caravan. Each one costs $5K–$10K. But the real work starts after the purchase.
Then we transforms every van into a mobile workshop:
🔧 custom shelving — built in-house from wood
🔧 tools & parts — everything in its place
🔧 layout designed around each specific technician
And it’s not quick. Almost a full workday per van.
Why so long? Because every tech works differently. One grabs tools from the left, another sorts parts by job type. There’s no one-size-fits-all — and our warehouse team knows that better than anyone.
The result? A technician arrives on-site and wastes zero time searching. Everything is exactly where it should be.
One small detail — a big difference in speed and quality on the job.
👇 Meet a team member who works remotely and quietly outperforms expectations. You won’t want to miss it.
At United HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical, our remote team is a huge part of what keeps everything running behind the scenes.
Real story 👇
Adizbek Navruzov joined us 2 years ago as a Dispatcher. Over time, he discovered a strong talent for sales — and turned it into real results.
In March alone, he generated around $80–90K in sales 🔥
That’s an outstanding performance.
And of course, results speak for themselves — his earnings have significantly increased as well 💰
This is what we believe in:
👉 grow within the company
👉 find your strengths
👉 and turn them into real success
Proud to have you on the team, Adizbek! 🚀

🔥 Complex project. Real expertise.
This week our plumbing team completed a full sewer line replacement on a property with no basement — a technically demanding project that required precision, planning, and experience.
To access the main sewer lines, our team performed deep excavation of approximately 10 feet on each side of the foundation, carefully working around the structure to ensure safety and avoid any damage. This type of work is far from standard and requires a high level of skill.
The project included:
— Full sewer line replacement
— All required permits secured
— Passed inspection
— Full reconnection of kitchen and bathroom
⏱️ Duration: 4 days
💰 Project value: $40,000
Projects like this demand more than just labor — they require expertise, coordination, and the ability to execute under complex conditions.

🔥 Work that speaks for itself
Today we’re sharing another completed project by our team.
Our plumbing technician Rinat successfully installed a new water heater — clean, precise, and done to the highest standard. This is what professional work looks like when it’s handled by experienced specialists who care about the result.
We don’t just install equipment — we deliver reliability, safety, and long-term comfort for our customers.
📌 What matters:
— Proper equipment selection
— Correct and safe installation
— Full compliance with safety standards
— Clean and organized job site after completion
This is the standard we follow every day.

In our industry, you can find strong people in many companies.
But you won’t always find a strong system.
We learned early on:
relying on individual heroics is not a strategy — it’s a risk.
At UNITED, performance is built on systems:
— Clear diagnostics before any work begins
— Margin control and disciplined pricing
— Defined execution standards
— Photo documentation and reporting
— Quality checks before project close-out
— Personal accountability at every stage
When processes are clear, teams operate with confidence.
When standards are consistent, quality becomes predictable.
When numbers are controlled, growth becomes sustainable.
We don’t just complete projects.
We build a structured, disciplined operating system that allows us to grow without sacrificing quality.
And that system is what turns good technicians into a strong company.
