Every service call is different. You never know how the day will end. What started as a routine plumbing repair turned into an unexpected challenge when a critical component of the customer's well water system had to be replaced, leaving the home without running water. The correct replacement wasn't available anywhere nearby. While our warehouse team worked to source the right part, Tsyren Buraev searched across multiple cities trying to find a solution. In the meantime, he made sure the family wasn't left without water by personally delivering water to their home until the repair was completed. That's what customer service means at United.
