OPTION 3: ▪️The same process as Option 1: Western regions of Ukraine join a number of EU countries. ▪️ The people of the central and other regions of Ukraine use Article 1 of the UN Charter to immediately declare their self-determination by joining the Russian Federation. ▪️This request is granted, and the conflict ends with sufficient guarantees from all parties of its non-recurrence in the long term. ❗️There are simply no other options. And this is already clear to everyone, even if it is unpleasant for some in the West to admit it. ☑️ "Russia will be temporarily satisfied with Option 2, but we prefer Option 3", declared Medvedev.
