Translucent concrete is made by mixing 4-5% (by volume) of fiber optics with fine concrete (fine concrete is a mixture of very fine sand and cement). የኢትዮጵያ መንገዶች አስተዳደር የ75ኛ ዓመት የአልማዝ ኢዮቤልዩ በዓሉን በይፋ ማክበር ጀመረ የኢትዮጵያ መንገዶች አስተዳደር የተመሰረተበትን 75ኛ ዓመት የአልማዝ ኢዮቤልዩ  በዓሉን በተለያዩ መርሃ ግብሮች ማክበር ጀምሯል። በመክፈቻ ሥነ-ሥርዓቱ ላይ ከፍተኛ የመንግሥት የሥራ ኃላፊዎች፣ ጥሪ የተደረገላቸው እንግዶች፣ የተቋሙ አመራሮችና ሠራተኞች ተገኝተዋል። ተቋሙ በ1943 ዓ.ም ከተመሰረተበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ሀገሪቱን በማገናኘት በነበረው የሰባት አስርት ዓመታት ጉዞ  ከጠጠር  መንገድ  ግንባታ ተነስቶ አሁን ላይ ፈጣንና ዘመናዊ የአስፋልት ኮንክሪት መንገዶችን፣ የክፍያ መንገዶችን እና ድልድዮችን  እስከ  መገንባት የደረሰ የቴክኖሎጂና የክህሎት ሽግግር አድርጓል። ኢመአ ሲመሰረት የነበረው የመንገድ ሽፋን 6 ሺህ 400 ኪሎ ሜትር ብቻ የነበረ ቢሆንም፤ ባለፉት ዓመታት ባደረገው ያልተቋረጠ ጥረቶች አሁን ላይ የሀገሪቱን የመንገድ ኔትወርክ 180 ሺህ 232 ኪሎ ሜትር ማድረስ ተችሏል። ተቋሙ "መንገዳችን ኃላፊነታችን" በሚል መርህ የማህበራዊና ኢኮኖሚያዊ ግንኙነቶችን እንዲሁም የንግድ እንቅስቃሴዎችን በማፋጠን ረገድ ከፍተኛ ሚና ሲጫወት ቆይቷል። "ምርጥ መንገዶች ለኢትዮጵያ ብልፅግና" የሚለውን ራዕዩን ለማሳካት የግብርናና የኢንዱስትሪ ምርቶች ወደ ገበያና ወደብ እንዲደርሱ በማድረግ፤ የጤናና የትምህርት አገልግሎቶችን በማስፋፋት እንዲሁም የሀገሪቱን ሁለንተናዊ ትስስር በማጠናከር በኩል ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ አበርክቷል። የተቋሙን የ75 ዓመታት ታሪክ የሚያሳዩ ልዩ ልዩ ዝግጅቶች የተካተቱበት ይህ ክብረ በዓል፤ በቀጣይ ቀናትም በተለያዩ መርሃ ግብሮች መከበሩን ይቀጥላል። የኢትዮጵያ መንገዶች አስተዳደር @etconp
