Now understand why such basic problems in education despite double & triple engine sarkars. Refer attached 3 pictures which present three parameters:
1. Total Central Allocation (₹ in Crore)
2. As % of Total Union Budget
3. Central Share as % of GDP
In last 12 yrs, have we moved forward or gone back a decade? You decide.
Trivia:
1. Google & see which states rank top-10 in single teacher schools & which states rank at the bottom.
2. How many of top non-performing ones are from BJP/NDA & how many under I.N.D.I Alliance.
3. Delhi & Punjab rank in good performing ones or bad performers?

Excuse:
Old government's apathy. We just came to power, hence need time. Give us double engine sarkar. Okay.
When it happens in Mumbai.
Excuse: We are only running the state & no control over municipality. Give us triple engine sarkar (Centre + State + Municipality). Okay.
If it happens in MP/Gujarat, where there is double/triple engine sarkars since decades.
Excuse: Rains were too much, floods happened. Have you seen this much XYZ mm rain in 24 hours? This has been happening since Nehru's times.
Solution? Give us quad-engine sarkaar -
Centre + State + Municipality + with breakaway faction parties joining the engine who will act as indicators even though they themselves don't know which way to turn.
If that doesn't work? Then choose us in next election - abki baar, hyperloop engine sarkaar.
Government is given 543/543 seats. Everything will happen at super lightening speed. You sleep at night & cabinet reshuffle will be done, roads built, sewage pipes laid, breathable air, uncontaminated water, unadulterated food. You won't even get time to blink & things will be done.
If all the above don't work?
Then Ctrl+Alt+Del engine sarkaar.

| 5 | You read about Ethanol only from a sugarcane/sugar mills/distilleries perspective since politicians are related to it so the larger context is lost in the social media noise. Let's move ahead & read something new & more impacting:
How this hastily implemented policy affects much more to your pocket beyond just petrol.
Affect of it on two other raw materials - Maize & Rice, & in turn how they affect multiple products in your food chain - whether you are vegetarian (dals/edible oils/millets) or non-vegetarian (eggs/chicken).
Also how does the government narrative of saving huge forex reserves hold true as we expand the canvas.
This time instead of writing a lengthy post since this topic is vast, will give you a questionnaire which you copy-paste on Google Gemini & read the answers in leisure yourself. No scope of misleading or false narratives. Since each question will present a very short answer, you probe further with your questions. Don't believe anyone but your own findings.
====
Q1: How much has government claimed to save in fuel import bill since FY 14-15 to FY 25-26?
Q2: Did the arable land turn to these crops (Maize, Rice, & Sugarcane) due to Ethanol policy? If so, give some data.
Q3: What other food production got affected by farmers moving to them?
Q4: How has India's ethanol policy impacted pulse cultivation and led to record-high dal imports?
Q5: Which products were we exporting & turned net importer due to it?
Q6: What import/export bans were made to facilitate the policy?
Q7: How has it impacted the animal husbandry industry?
Q8: Have prices of protein sources like non-vegetarian foods & eggs gone up or down because of it?
Q9: During the same period (since FY 14-15 till FY 25-26), what has been the import bill of edible oils each year?
Q10: Compare the cumulative 10 year figure of crude import bill vs the single year bill of edible oil import in FY 25-26 alone.
Q11: Which domestic policy is biggest contributor to this mess?
Q12: Why has there been a sudden spurt in it since FY 21-22?
Q13: How is that policy related to the sudden spurt in it since FY 21-22?
Q14: Based on the above would you categorise the policy consequence as securing food first or fuel first?

How they build an ecosystem. Whether in power or away, doesn't matter, whether seasoned or newbies.

Remaining pictures are of people who support government & got notices.

They don't even know who's on their side & who isn't. Astonishing.
Opposition is not creating a web of lawyers, donating money from pocket for timepass. Nor are they doing it to save criminals against whom there are FIRs (right-wing narrative). It's a trap & government has already fallen into it.
Result: U-turns, embarassment, cornering, & electoral losses. In that order.
Left's strength:
Ecosystem, narrative setting, infiltration in media/academia/lawyers, street power, ideological-intellectual heft, & a fine communication strategy brimming with creativity.
In 12 yrs, which of the above has right-wing been able to achieve despite all resources/power at disposal? None.
They want a street revolution, you are giving it to them

| 7 | Question 10/10: Critics argue the government's 20% ethanol-petrol (E20) mandate drops vehicle mileage, risks engine damage, & hasty implemention is to favor big distilleries. Your view? | 3 397 |

If in 12 years, you don't have basic communication strategy - तो आप डिस्को करोगे
If in 12 years, you cannot create an ideological ecosystem- तो आप डिस्को करोगे
If in 12 years, you couldn't nurture young talent & channelize them in media - तो आप डिस्को करोगे
If even after 12 years, you are still fighting the same individuals in every field which you were when in opposition - तो आप डिस्को करोगे
Common man has been fighting on your behalf since UPA was in power. For 12 years after coming to power still they are holding your fort. In return for Annamalai like trolling from supporters on dissent & kutta/bhaade ka tattu for voicing concerns. Despite having PIB/MIB, government's entire machinery at disposal, party's vast resources IT cell & leaders' lakhs+ social media acc. (museum relics) used only for prostrating with 'yashasvi' this & 'param adarniya' that type messaging.
A tired common man now - ये डिस्को अब आप अकेले ही करो।

| 20 | Had launched this poll amid Ethanol fiasco. After polling around 2000 votes, in a pro-government population of this channel, the results are alarming:
886 voters said if elections are held today, government to get less than 240 seats (its current tally). While 1083 felt, it would get more than 240. A gap of 197 votes, 10% of total sample size separate the two. Which means just a 5% swing can change the wind course.
Time for course correction for the government. Take feedback, give up arrogance, start communicating, build narratives instead of reacting on them, stop drawing parallels with past wrongs of previous governments.
It's ok to commit mistakes but winning without a legacy is a loss in the long run.
