| 2 | Kept the poll open for 10 days amid the controversy around Ethanol to gauge common man's feedback about the government.
With 1637 respondents (16% sample size), around 45% (721) respondents said if elections are held today this government will go below 240 seats which it won last time. Around 55% (916) respondents said it will get more than 240 seats.
P.S: The member base here is deeply pro-government. For 45% to therefore press the negative, is deeply indicative of the ground situation.

Despite seeing scenes in Supreme Court recently where the lawyer reflected ground frustration with the words - I the sovereign, government still hasn't learnt to come down from the high horse?
We, not I. We as in, the government - of/by/for the people.
Modi cabinet = Arrogance.
Claim: Ethanol policy is to save forex & benefit farmers running into lakhs of cr.

| 5 | Have long argued that democracy in its current form is not meant for the entire Indian subcontinent, most importantly of all - India. No company, group, society can work when it has 140 crore opinions on every issue. There just can't be delivery in such a mechanism. Last time (quoted post) had written what changes people need to bring in themselves, this time it's time to evaluate those running the system.
I am the sovereign
Mr. Judicial servant
Not endorsing the abuse hurled at the honourable CJI, but those two are very powerful phrases reflective of the frustration of the common man on ground. The system has crumbled. The honourable judges seated above were smiling when the lawyer said - I order you to file an FIR. And within a minute they realized the sentiment on ground is not
Your Honour, Milord, Honourable Judges but - Honourable Common Man.
https://x.com/i/status/2075527529507746152
Cases going on for decades, files piling up, no reforms in judiciary, powerful-costly advocates able to get bails on SMS/networking while Honourable Common Man just following the "system" like an unwanted orphan left to fend for himself.
When was the last time a high-and-mighty got jailed for corruption? Case concluded before time?
When you call someone a cockroach, what do you expect in return? (Had also opposed the opportunism by some launching a protest by owning that derogatory word to destabilize the country). But that doesn't take away the utterances. Later clarifications don't matter. Image of the judiciary was painted bad by its own keepers, not the Honourable Common Man. The expletives used against the CJI are by an insider, a lawyer, not the Honourable Common Man, frustrated by not getting an FIR against an ACP in Lucknow. What clearer mirror does one need to realize the system has broken?
People on social media are hailing his act with Bhagat Singh's bomb drop in the courts to wake up the system. See, what you have done. There is justification being given for it.
What's the next step - Honourable Common Man picking up arms? Civil disobedience? Civil war?
Enough foreign trips, medals, honours. Change the timelines & bring reforms. Fix the system. The anger is not just against judiciary but several times more for the central government.

| 6 | Often criticized cricket to being called a sport but is football any different? Not really.
Controversies around FIFA & allegations of 'fixing' are only getting prominently highlighted this time because the geographical world order change is knocking our doors & nations are overtly exerting their dominance, to prepare their citizens for the times to come.
Every champion in FIFA World Cup history - only 8 nations in almost a century old championship - is either a European colonizer (5 - England, France, Spain, Italy, Germany) or a post-colonial state (3 - Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay). Point being, it's a Europe-centric game where whites have traditionally had the sway.
If you read previous posts you would know the geopolitical predictions of the coming era post dedollarization - whites vs immigrants, crusades, etc.
You see the same assertions this time-
The Norwegians being hailed immensely with the Vikings identity, their traditional "roo" battle cry inside stadiums becoming a talking point -

President Trump nullifying an American player's red-card over a phone call.
Egyptian coach invoking Gaza & Palestine in press conference before the match & their goal against Argentina being nullified in a most unseen retrospective effect. Egypt lost the game 3-2 from Argentina. Egypt's goal was nullified after the referee went unusually far in video review to penalise Egypt from the very beginning of the build-up to call it a foul & deny the goal. However moments before the game stoppage, Egyptian captain was fouled in the Argentine penalty box. A video review request was promptly ignored by the same referee, and Argentina scored the 3rd (decisive) goal, seizing the match. The existing champions will bring necessary viewership.
While US' Balogun’s red card was dismissed under White House pressure, Qatar midfielder Assim Madibo was slammed with a harsh 5-match ban for a tackle on Canada’s Ismaël Koné, triggering severe complaints of "double standards".
Every major world event gets reflected in everyday things happening around us & a gargantuan event like FIFA is no exception.
When immigration was a talking point in Europe, France's 1998 triumph victory served as the ultimate case study. Around 9 players of the rostered 22 were either foreign born or first generation immigrants with greats like Zinedine Zidane & Thierry Henry. Zidane was named FIFA player of the year, honoured with France's highest order, & became from a premier midfielder to a global sports icon. The victory created a powerful sociocultural phenomenon known as the "Black-Blanc-Beur" (Black, White, Arab) narrative, drawing immense parallels to the shifting demographic realities of late-20th-century Europe. Over the next two decades, countries like Germany, Belgium, and England underwent similar structural transformations.
In summary, see the current controversies, geo-political movements & countries on both sides of it, & you will see Byzantines, Ottomans, Swiss Mercenaries, Varangian Guards, Gaza, Palestine, everything that correlates & hints of what's going to unfold.
And ofcourse icing on the cake - Vikings.

| 7 | Diljit Dosanjh's movie Satluj removed from OTT platform Zee5 after full 2 days of streaming.
And you thought at least this BJP-led government understood IT & digital media better than others, being the earliest mover in adopting this medium for their part & till a decade ago had absolute dominance on it.
Reaction of its actor - No problem, movie has already been downloaded & will reach households.

A movie goes on OTT & there is no way government can know what went on it. In December 2025, they themselves decided to keep OTT content outside of CBFC, instead vowing for self regulation-
https://www.pib.gov.in/PressReleasePage.aspx?PRID=2205165®=48&lang=2
When the same OTT produces content like Tandav, Ghuskhor Pandit, A Suitable Boy, IC-814 Hijack etc. series, they forget their own flip-flop & start outraging, demanding action. But when they are given power by people to execute change - they advocate 'self regulation'. How deep & moral. Give them one more country's top honour for that.
This government is working like a headless chicken on all fronts, except nationalism. No idea who is running the show. Every ministry in tatters - Army has to counter Pak propaganda because PIB & MIB wakes up after 2 days when narratives have travelled the Earth, Airforce is conducting NEET exams, highways & roads are sinking but Road Ministry is busy thrusting common man to gulp Ethanol, education costly, air polluted, water contaminated, municipalities non-existent, it's all Ram Bharose (even his funds aren't safe).
The actor is openly saying they were expecting such an action & deliberately didn't do promotions so that it could release without noise. See how smartly everyone is able to play around this government.
The movie is about condition of Punjab in 1995 revolving around the life of a human rights activist. The petitioner feels it promotes Khalistani sentiment. Neither in 1984 nor in 1995 was BJP in power in Punjab nor in centre. On the contrary, Congress is attacking the government for muzzling release of this movie. Not a word on any pressing issue by government. People are on roads, the PM has been reduced to memes/jokes, & ministers are asleep on the steering wheel.
Rearranging the deckchairs (cabinet reshuffle) does not change the fate of Titanic.
The framework to counter narratives is non-existent, problems of the common man are only increasing, dissent on ground is all-round, corruption & cost of living is headed north, & arrogance of party/government leadership is hitting the sky.
Around this same time in 2016, Udta Punjab was released & drug menace became a talking point leading to AAP entering Punjab. One of its producers, Sameer Nair was part of AAP in 2013 - communications & media wing.
Government was clueless then, as it's today. Was as ineffective in stopping it, as it's today. No lessons learnt, no narrative building wings, no vision to create positive perception, no will among think tanks, no skill to be a step ahead.
This government deserves no further benefit of doubt. There's a saying:
Fool me once, shame on you
Fool me twice, shame on me.
This government gets fooled repeatedly & yet feels no one saw it.

Title: Roadmap for Ethanol Blending
in India 2020-25
Publishing Agency: NITI Aayog
Year of Publication: June 2021
Language: English
ISBN : 978-81-949510-9-4
Authors: Rakesh Sarwal, Sunil Kumar, Amit Mehta,
Amit Varadan, Subodh Kumar Singh, S.S.V Ramakumar, Reji Mathai
Key observations:
Page 62, point 4:
E10 fuel availabllity for existing vehicles/customers is a MUST. Discontinuation of E10 fuel in Ethanol surplus areas while implementing E12/E15 or after E20 implementation, as proposed by MoPNG, is a critical concern. This will cause the entire population of vehicles available by 2028 un-usable as they may neither have material compatibility nor efficiency / performance optimized. This may cause material degradation, which could lead to fuel seepage/leakage and hence a safety issue, besides FE loss and poor drivability, especially for low powered 2W will not be acceptable to customer, E10 fuel availability as protection grade fuel for existing vehicles/customers is a Must and SIAM would strongly recommend continue dispensing of E10 fuel even after E20 deployment.
Point 5:
E100 (E96 technically) implementation & dispensing in niche areas.
Considering the higher cost of Flex fuel vehicles and fuel efficiency loss of up to 30% in such vehicles running on E100, SIAM is not in favour of E100 deployment. SIAM recommends deferment of E100 implementation till a thorough study of customer value preposition is completed. Customer acceptance will be also a challenge due to high vehicle cost and additional disadvantage of substantial lower fuel efficiency
Point 6:
Retrofitting the older vehicles with materials / components to comply with higher ethanol blend:
MoPNG nas suggested to prepare retro-fitment of critical components and materials in the existing vehicles to comply with E10 fuel and E10 compliant vehicles for higher ethanol blend usage in future. SIAM finds this is a practically impossible task considering larger population of existing vehicle variants, parts design and development issues, cost of retro-fitment and finally customer acceptance. SIAM request to consider the global practice of protecting base fuel grade for existing customers and moving for higher blends for futurc customers.
Other minor observations:
Annexure C, page 59:
One litre of ethanol from sugar requires 3000 litres of water.
Annexure D
Page 61, point 1:
It should be critically noted E10 full compliant Vehicles (2W & 4W) cannot run on lower Ethanol blend as there will be knocking, which will damage the Engine.

What should the people do? Just stick to these three demands:
1. Do all announcements of benefits of blending in the Parliament instead in media. Put it on record.
2. Bring a white paper in Parliament & lay down every study, experiment, tests, & claims made on blending.
3. How did the shares of Cian agro jump 3800% in just last 2 years alone? A 41₹ share turning 1600₹+ between July 2024-26, a whopping ~38x exponential returns! What is this secret sauce which the common man is missing out on & has no idea about? Is the excuse going to be - look at Mr. Vadra & blah blah blah? Well, it's been 12 years, you did nothing so don't even think of taking people down that lane. Barring the PM's image there is nothing left in the government now. And by keeping quiet, PM is letting the last wall of the fort fall.
Ask your MP to table these demands in parliament. Congress won't pick this up strongly & their silence says it all, so look for other parties or private members bill route. If people's demands aren't met, they should work with transport unions & educate them on merits/demerits of blending so that no one misleads them into going into a strike. You are on your own in this matter. The price of eccentricity of a handful in his cabinet shouldn't be paid by the PM & the common man alike with costly goods & services.

Basis of this claim? Testing on just two Kirloskar generator sets. Yes, that's the entire sample size & scientific study to make such assertions.
The same Kirloskar group came out in public today defending the government on Ethanol -
https://x.com/i/status/2073079048096592082
What a camaraderie. Government & automobile sector working so closely.
Won't write further about the group & its links with BJP, CII, Indo-Japan Business Council (Japan's PM was in India with whom our government signed important deals), you can Google it out & read for yourself. But the funny part is the statement given by Vikram Gulati, Country Head and Executive Vice President (Corporate Affairs and Governance) of Toyota Kirloskar Motor -
"Every vehicle sold in the country after 2023 is E20-compliant. Even vehicles from before 2023 can run on E20 without any problem...."
This has to be the quickest self-contradictory statement in human history. If vehicles even before 2023 can run on E20 without any problem, why auto manufacturers are launching E20-compliant cars then? And he said this not once but ANI has reported it in two separate tweets (hopefully they won't delete them this time unlike the HPCL official's Ethanol tweet controversy recently). His second reiteration -
"....E20 is the standard fuel that will be available, and it is compatible with old vehicles and new vehicles...."
https://x.com/i/status/2073074889519697942
Why is every assurance given on Ethanol by government or others always full of riddles, contradictions, controversies, tweets being deleted in broad daylight after it has travelled all over the world. What's being hidden that speaking the truth is getting so difficult?
What must government do?
This entire controversy can be ended by simply keeping options for pure petrol open for vehicles older than the benchmark year given by their respective automobile companies.
Let people decide instead of forcing them. Give a little discount for Ethanol blended fuel for luring them to transition. Learn from your industrial buddy friends on how to launch a product & later monopolize it. Instead, the government is making it an ego issue, enforcing it on people with a cane in its hand like a disgruntled principal.
Possible consequences if this issue isn't amicably resolved-
1. PM Modi is risking his government. Plain & simple. The opposition which has soft corner for the Ethanol minister is quiet on it & the RSS has its blessings on him. This poses a double challenge for the PM. But failing to act presents him as weak. The government has already fallen from grace after UGC fiasco, Ram Mandir theft, paper leaks, & now Ethanol. Add to it their legacy pathetic communication. Party's official IT wing has now started writing that this Ethanol (mess) was a policy being pursued even in UPA era. The same old classic last resort when nothing works for them - Nehru is responsible. The government itself is saying they are as good or bad as Congress.
2. If diesel is attempted to be blended, be careful of truckers'/transport unions' strike. Unlike petrol blending which affects the common man who doesn't have street power, that won't be the case in case of diesel. Aandolan-jeevis are desperately seeking a successful street protest, & this government is wilfully going to hand it over on a platter. People are having immense pent up anger on plenty of issues & it will all add to it even if it means goods & services getting costlier for some time. It's in everyone's interest, most importantly for the government to pause these Ethanol - Isobutanol blending experiments till public opinion shifts favourably. Countries like Brazil have taken decades for transition. Government is executing it as a 100-meter dash where it can win the race but won't be let by people to participate in the run next time.

This country has been given a wrong weapon to play with calked democracy empowering 140 crore people to have 140 crore opinions on every topic, 140 crore reasons to shift their duties onto someone else, 140 crore justifications to not have basic etiquette & manners to conduct themselves in private & in public, 140 crore rights that lives in complete confidence nothing can touch them.
If the downhill journey is what we have accepted as our destiny then let this fall continue. But if we wish to knock some senses into this populace, we desperately need a democratically agreed authoritarian rule working within a dharmic framework with clearly cut-out objectives year-wise. Nothing else can fix this country.

| 13 | On May 16, 2014:
Crude - $107.49/barrel
Petrol price - ₹71 per litre (0% Ethanol) in Mumbai.
Dollar/Rupee exchange rate: ₹58.76
On 2 July, 2026:
Crude - ~$70/barrel
Petrol price - ~ ₹170 per litre (XP100 petrol with 0% Ethanol)
Dollar/Rupee exchange rate: ₹95.25
In short:
Crude prices dipped by 35%
Exchange rate jumped by 62%
But to get an Ethanol-free petrol the premium you have to pay is a whopping 140%.
Proof:
https://x.com/i/status/2072301058744107181
Of course the comparison is not even as the petrol considered in 2014 is normal fuel & not an 100 octane boosted fuel that's used in high-end cars & superbikes. But has the government left you with any other option if you need an Ethanol-free petrol? No choices.
Barring Delhi where there is a 10 & 15 year cap on usage of petrol & diesel vehicles, rest of India has a limit of 20 years. While the last private BS3 petrol vehicle end of life is 2030 & BS4 being 2040, are these new fuels compatible with the cars bought then? Has the government thought of the common man before rolling out these schemes & chest thumping of achieving E20 targets before time? Are you left with a choice? No.
Then there's another loophole which people aren't aware -
The 20 years of end of life usage on BS3 & BS4 vehicles is subject to fitness certificate. What fitness will you pass when the fuel is incompatible with the make? Result - buy a new compatible car or move to EV, either way making the automobile lobby happy.
Last year in August, Supreme Court refused to put a blanket ban on seizures/penalties on old cars crossing the end of life provided they are well maintained. The order perfectly sits with government's E20 fuel push on these vehicles & the above stated outcome.
There is no escaping. There is no relief for the common man. No options. Buy a car & add to the "booming economy" number which shows X thousand cars sold this year. What else is the common man supposed to do than putting in lakhs for a 10-15 year usage & pray there is no eccentric minister occupying the high chair who would change the policy mid-way.
To summarize, dear common-man, stop cribbing & do the following :
If E20 fuel isn't getting rolled back? Buy new car.
If air around you is polluted? Buy a purifier.
If water coming to your home is dirty? Buy R.O.
If footpaths don't exist to walk, roads riddled with potholes & water logging, green spaces vanished in concrete jungle town planning & crimes making your basic living untenable? Buy a home in a premium gated society.
If schools are bad? Pay exorbitant private school fees.
If electricity problem? Buy inverter.
If cooking gas is expensive? Buy an induction.
Can't you do these simple things which are so important for Atmanirbhar Bharat & for your own betterment? And please while doing the above make sure it's all make-in-India. No buying cheap Chinese goods. Live on increased EMIs, mortgage yourself but, don't compromise on nationalism. And do everything in white. Pay GST on already TDS taxed salary to keep the circular-economy thriving.
The above may appear satire but is the ground sentiment of common man. This government tasted 240 despite building Ram Mandir. There was 0 effect of it. It has a serious risk of falling even below that if it continues with its one-upmanship policies, completely oblivious to hardships of the common man. Even if it pounds Pakistan in a war now & declares elections, there are high chances it might go below 240. Beyond nationalism (on which it scores an 11/10) the perception has turned terribly negative on ground. Upto them whether to mend ways & improve. Else, India Shining 2.0.

Our post merely relied on two things:
1. Phase separation theory.
2. A use case scenario explaining the above with an example which is not uncommon during monsoons wherein if a vehicle gets stuck & water enters the fuel tank filled with E20 petrol, it can be a very costly affair for the user.
Both the government oil companies have agreed to the above two points in their own response on phase separation & water contaminating the E20 fuel.

When was the last time you saw an advertisement on tv educating people about dangers of not following traffic rules?
Who's giving these licences to people without an iota of driving qualification to put theirs & others lives at risk on roads? What's the action taken on people who don't know how to drive responsibly on roads? Where are the flying squads monitoring traffic violations?
There are 28 states and 8 Union Territories in India. Out of these, 20 states and 2 Union Territories are governed by the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA). What happened to unification of RTOs across India? Earlier the excuse could have been the central ministry only sets guidelines & it's for the states to implement. But with almost whole of India under their rule, what happened to RTO reforms? RTOs are still dens of corruption. Getting a driving licence is more difficult than a passport. What steps have been taken in last 12 years to eradicate it by Nitin Gadkari's ministry?
Where is technology implementation to capture number plate registration of erring drivers on roads, wrong side driving, zig-zag lane switching, driving without helmets? 22 administrative units in states & ITs put together, and central ministry under 1 single minister for last 12 years continuously, where are the reforms? Driving on roads is akin to stepping out of the home risking your life.
Bharat Number plate rollout still miniscule. Highly restricted eligibility & resale difficulty making its adoption notorious.
Days of measuring x kms of roads being built a day are long over. Comparison with UPA no longer valid. In 12 years, the challenges are roads are undriveable inside cities, highways with faulty road engineering designs, & failure of road safety targets.
The above shortcomings are without mentioning the anger people are nurturing over Ethanol blending. The less said on it, the better. We may not have become Hindu-rashtra but definitely achieved Ethanol-rashtra.

E20 Ethanol fuel if gets mixed with water triggers a dangerous chemical reaction called phase separation. Ethanol is highly attracted to water (hygroscopic); if a certain threshold of water enters, the ethanol absorbs the water and drops out of the gasoline, sinking to the bottom of the tank.
Consequences:
1. Engine Misfires and Stalling
2. Internal Corrosion
3. Varnish and Deposit Buildup
What to Do if Water Enters E20 Blended Fuel Tank:
1. Do not drive the vehicle as it may lead to costly damages
2. Completely drain, flush & clean the tank
3. Change the fuel filters
4. Refill with fresh fuel
In short, Google Gemini says it's a very costly affair if your two/four wheeler gets stuck during monsoons & water enters the fuel tank.
So far, none of the protest or arguments presented have been unable to deter the government in its madness in pushing Ethanol blending. Nitin Gadkari has been able to cull all allegations on it.
See the usage of the word always used by government in selling it - blending. Why? While vehicle engines are capable of burning fuel which are blended, but not if they get mixed. Only if the distinction between blending & mixing was cleared to users initially, not only could there have been a formidable resistance to these Ethanol fuels but also awareness among masses in a country like India where regions face heavy monsoons & road infrastructure/sewage, pathetic.
A workaround:
Look for the nearest Indian Oil or HP petrol pump. They are selling Ethanol free 100% petrol.
Indian Oil - XP100 & HP - Power 100. Price - 170₹l/litre (can vary based on your location & changes).

https://www.thehindu.com/news/national/passport-is-not-a-citizenship-document-senior-mea-official/article71142423.ece
What did the MEA official say?
“Passport is a travel document, not a document of citizenship and theoretically speaking that distinguishes passport from other documents. Even though while travelling abroad, passport attests to your nationality, yet it is not a document of your citizenship”.
The crux phrase is - what are those "other documents" which the official mentioned in his answer & media clearly deleted the context which debunks the whole controversy.
The answer was in response to a question from The Hindu on whether the Indian passport could be used to challenge an exclusion from the voter list through the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls that is currently underway in sixteen states.
Hope you understood the mischief now.
In SIR, lakhs of people settled in India who are under suspicion of being illegal immigrants are trying their level best to somehow prove their citizenship & stay in a country which according to their sympathizing comrades is anti-minority & oppressive. While passport does mention nationality but it can be challenged just like an Aadhaar or PAN Card can be. Therefore it is in this context that having any such document cannot be deemed to be a citizenship proof in itself. Very smartly played by media & opposition to build a case for illegals by spinning public opinion in their favour & building pressure on courts by removing the context altogether. As always, people jumped without knowing an issue & formed an opinion.
Some questions:
Not everyone has a passport, does that make them non-citizens? No.
A passport if gets revoked, means a person loses citizenship? No.
Is the MEA saying any of the above? No.
Having 2 GB free internet has made Indians terribly lazy & taken away their common sense. People with best of degrees spend entire day spreading, mocking fake news believing it to be true daily & becoming messengers of CND- Chronic Negativity Disorder.
=====
How is citizenship decided?
In brief, citizenship is decided by Citizenship Act 1955, which has been amended multiple times, but to simplify in this context three are important:
When constitution was written, a person born in India was a sufficient criteria to be considered a citizen. This came into effect in 1955.
2. Then in 1986 (Effective July 1, 1987) ended universal birthright citizenship (jus soli). Aat least one parent must be an Indian citizen.
3. Then came the most important one in 2003:
Tightened rules on citizenship by birth (jus sanguinis). It dictated that a child born in India can only be a citizen if both parents are Indian citizens, or if one parent is a citizen and the other is not an illegal migrant. It also barred illegal migrants from obtaining citizenship by registration or naturalization.
The last one closes all doors for citizenship who are crying on SIR. Intelligent people who never try to know facts, think themselves smarter than the government/agencies/system/constitution/laws & devoid of every common sense willingly let themselves get played by media & Leftists daily to push their agenda.
=====
If you have to show documents beyond a passport or Aadhar/PAN etc. what does it lead to?
Those who said "kaagaz nahi dikhayenge" know the answer & are hence using you as cannon-fodder without you even knowing, as always.
And for those living in an illusionary intelligent life, it's called NRC.
You got fooled again.
Trivia:
Which foreign mission of Indian government can issue passport to non-Indian nationals? If you read VidurNeeti you would know its geopolitical importance.
