A little exercise I like to do at the end of every day/week/month/year is to pause and set the intention of what I want the next day/week/month/year to be like.
Set the purpose, reset the energy, understand your goals and then put in the action!
We always have a chance to create change. Sometimes we can feel like we don’t need to do anymore as we are doing “well” but that is exactly when you need to push harder.
Never get comfortable, when things feel calm and in control it means we aren’t pushing hard enough. Get comfortable feeling uncomfortable, embrace the challenge and the rewards will continue to show themselves when the work is done. 💙🙏🏽

You are the hero of your own life story. At any moment you have the power to activate your hidden potential. To push forward with chasing your dream and making your dream a reality. Today will always be the best day to start, for the future is built up of what we do in the present moment!
One of the most important factors in getting on the right path is clearing your surroundings of all negative energy. That includes your own addictions, habits and people you have around you. If they’re aren’t making your life better, or looking out for you, or pushing you to be better then remove them from your life. It’s as simple as that, I’ve done it many a times. Sometimes not even by choice but when I look back it’s always for the best!
I’ve been around people working hard at their dreams. Putting in 16-18 hour days of hard/smart work in order to achieve their dreams. Pushing past limiting believes and hardship in order to achieve that success at the end of the journey. Showing me and reminding me of what true hard work is about. Motivating me to be better, to remember what we do this for.
It’s extremely important to have these people around you, you can learn so much from them. You can use that same vibration they’re on to match it and bring that kind of energy to your own life. Such a powerful tool.
Push yourself to be your best self. Your only competition is the person staring back at you in the mirror. It’s never too late and never too early. You can never fail as long as you’re learning from every setback.
Set your goals, recognise your strengths and weaknesses. Cut out the shit that you don’t like. Cut out the people in your life holding you back, doesn’t matter who they are. Surround yourself with people who are chasing a similar path you are. Be the best you can be.
