Never give up! ⁣ ⁣ If you give up, then you're left in the same situation. ⁣ ⁣ If you keep going and push to succeed then you will realise it's possible. ⁣ ⁣ Keep moving always even if it's just baby steps it's still progress. ⁣ ⁣ Never give up on your dream, live it, breathe it and believe in it. ⁣ ⁣ Sometimes bad things happen and there isn’t anything you can do about it.⁣ ⁣ The best thing to do in those moments is to focus on your journey. ⁣ ⁣ Nothing can change unless you do and unless you keep moving forward!⁣ ⁣ So stay focused and take action! Don’t give into the fantasy that once you achieve your goal the work can end. That truly doesn’t exist, the same work you put in to achieve the goal is the same amount you have to put in to keep the goal alive, you’ll need to put in more work to attain the next one. Learn to recognise that the journey is the reward, rather than the “end” result as there truly is no end to what you can try to attain. So keep pushing, recognise the journey and keep that momentum flowing over and over again.

2024 has already been an incredible year so far. ⁣ ⁣ Results and growth has already started.⁣ ⁣ However, it’s down to the changes that have been made. ⁣ ⁣ Change is what is neccessary to see change.⁣ ⁣ You cannot expect anything to be different unless you are willing to do what is needed. ⁣ ⁣ What is needed is for you to go all in on your goals. ⁣ ⁣ Focus on one specific task at a time. ⁣ ⁣ I have guilty of trying to focus on too many things at once and this doesn’t lead to the desired results. Focus on the task until completed then move onto the next. This attention to detail is what compounds over time. As you master and complete each task one by one over time you would’ve achieved your goals. Spreading yourself to thin is what leads to barely completing any of your tasks. Don’t make the same mistakes over and over. Be better.

The Sauce.⁣ ⁣ True self empowerment comes from controlling your time. ⁣ ⁣ Since the start of the year I purposely made changes to empower myself. ⁣ ⁣ Not just for trading but all areas of life. ⁣ ⁣ This has resulted in incredible results and consistency. ⁣ ⁣ What did I do? ⁣ ⁣ I made a structured routine! ⁣ ⁣ Built positive/healthy habits. ⁣ ⁣ The 5am club- waking up early getting exercise, getting pages in for knowledge, meditation for a clear mind and then you’re ready to trade effectively. ⁣ ⁣ I can promise you, that you will make incredible progress in all areas adopting a fixed morning routine. ⁣ ⁣ Doesn’t have to be the exact same as mine but one that fits you and empowers you. ⁣ ⁣ Positive habits once compounded with consistent action literally will change your life and create results for you. But getting that momentum to start with isn’t going to be easy, you’ll have to suffer and most all embrace that suffering. That’s where most stumble and stop. That’s because we are so used to comfort nowadays that we naturally avoid suffering as much as possible. However, since we chose the path of greatness and achieving more than average we must accept it’s going to take doing what the average person isn’t willing to do. Embrace the suffering, build the momentum, to then see the results.

The journey won’t be easy. It may not even feel rewarding at times.⁣ ⁣ However, the journey in the end is the reward. ⁣ ⁣ To get to that “end” the journey will come with fear and doubt. ⁣ ⁣ However, it’s the top achievers in life that are able to overcome and stay focused on the task.⁣ ⁣ No one’s saying it will be easy, actually everyone says it will be hard. ⁣ ⁣ However, I assure you it will be much harder to live that average life. ⁣ ⁣ It will be much harder living with regret. ⁣ ⁣ So choose your hard! ⁣ ⁣ Choose to be focused and push through the hardship. ⁣ ⁣ Because you believe and know you can achieve more. Know that you deserve more out of life too, but it’s going to ask a lot of you. Not everyone will make it unfortunately but the choice is all yours to dictate where you end up and if you make it. Start with understanding what you want, visualise in great detail, write it down, figure out the steps it’s going to take to achieve it, then simply get to work consistently while periodically reminding yourself of each of the previous steps. Consistency will carry you forward but who’s willing to play the long game? Choose to be the best version of yourself every single day.
