📢 *Important Advisory – DE/GDS Combined Profile Issues : PLI-RPLI Agents* It has been observed that multiple tickets are being raised regarding the following issues: • Commission is not being calculated for certain Agent (DE/GDS) profiles. • Users are unable to change the Agent at the DE/QC stage for proposals indexed through RICT devices. • Procurement of new policies is not happening through certain DE/GDS profiles. After detailed analysis, it has been confirmed that the application is functioning as per the approved SRS and system design. ⚠️ Important: The legacy combined DE/GDS profile is no longer supported under the new hierarchy structure. Accordingly: ✅ Commission will not be calculated for agents operating under the old combined DE/GDS profile. ✅ Procurement of new policies through the legacy combined DE/GDS profile is not supported. ✅ Agent-related operations, including agent change at DE/QC stage for proposals indexed through RICT devices, may not function as expected for users continuing under the obsolete profile. It was envisaged that all existing combined DE/GDS profiles would be migrated/bifurcated into the new hierarchy before rollout. However, some users are still operating under the legacy profile. 📌 All Circles/Regions/Divisions are requested to: 1️⃣ Identify users operating under the old combined DE/GDS profile. 2️⃣ Complete migration/bifurcation of such users into the appropriate profiles as per the new hierarchy. 3️⃣ Sensitize all concerned officials, DEs, GDSs, and supervisory staff regarding discontinuation of the combined DE/GDS profile. 4️⃣ Ensure that new proposals are procured only through valid profiles available in the new hierarchy. 5️⃣ Refrain from raising support tickets on the above issues, as the application is functioning as designed. ⏳ All field units are requested to treat this matter as TOP PRIORITY and disseminate these instructions immediately to avoid operational issues and unnecessary ticket inflow. 👉 Issues related to the legacy DE/GDS combined profile should be resolved administratively through profile correction/migration and should not be raised as application support tickets.

🚨 The deadline for submission of Memorandums to the 8th Central Pay Commission has been extended till 15 June 2026. 📌 This is the final extension and no further extension will be granted.
