🇩🇪🇨🇳 Germany summoned the Chinese ambassador over reports of Russian military training
Berlin held urgent talks with the Chinese ambassador after reports that Beijing may have trained Russian fighters, a German Foreign Ministry spokesman said.
The move followed publications by Spiegel and Reuters. According to the agency, China secretly trained Russian military personnel last year with Moscow's personal approval in the defense sector.
The Chinese side previously dismissed these allegations as baseless.
The German Foreign Ministry stated that any assistance enabling Russia to continue the war against Ukraine threatens Europe's security. According to a ministry source, China's growing support for Moscow directly affects Germany's security.

🇸🇦⚡️- "Saudi Aramco, opens new tab resumed loadings from Ras Tanura, the world's largest oil port, on Friday after a halt of nearly four months. The Saudi national oil company is ramping up loadings and shipments to Asia, adding to a prompt glut that has depressed Brent crude to about $70 a barrel from close to $120 in March following the interim U.S.-Iran peace deal.
In addition to using its Bahri tanker fleet to deliver the cargoes, the world's top oil exporter offered the crude to its Asian customers on a spot pricing basis to attract demand as competition among suppliers heats up, said several trade sources who declined to be named due to the sensitivity of the matter.
At least five supertankers carrying a total 10 million barrels of Saudi oil loaded from Ras Tanura have exited the Strait of Hormuz [...] Two of the five very large crude carriers that have left the strait are heading to Japan, while another two are making their way to China." - Reuters.

❗️A Russian military ship, which was escorting a sanctioned tanker, collided with a German coast guard vessel in the Baltic Sea on Tuesday, according to the Finnish newspaper Iltalehti.
The Kira K tanker, which is under sanctions, was transporting oil through the Fehmarn Sound strait. A German coast guard ship, the Bayeruth, began approaching it.
However, the Russian corvette "Sobrazitelny" approached from the east at high speed and announced: "This is the Russian military ship 531, stay away from the Kira K."
After this, the German vessel retreated, and the tanker continued its journey towards the Danish Straits.

Killing senior Iranian leaders had been part of Israel’s strategy from the start of the war. But American concerns about the targeting of two particular Iranian officials — Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s foreign minister, and Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the speaker of the Parliament — spiked during delicate cease-fire negotiations that began in April.
Fearful that an Israeli assassination effort would doom the negotiations, the United States, went so far as to ask other countries in the region to warn Iran about the possibility Israel could target the two officials.
While U.S. strikes focused on Iran’s navy and missile forces, Israel prioritized targeting the leadership in the early phase of the war, intent on killing as many high-ranking officials as it could.
That included killing potentially more pragmatic leaders that the Trump administration had hoped to negotiate with, such as Ali Larijani, Iran’s top national security official, and Kamal Kharazi, a former Iranian foreign minister. Iran Renews Threats To U.S. Over Hormuz
Iran’s joint military command on July 2 warned that all oil tankers moving through the Strait of Hormuz must use its approved routes or face a “forceful response," vowing to respond to any "disruptive action" by the United States.
“Any failure to comply, deviation from the designated route, or disregard for the navigation protocols of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Strait of Hormuz will be met with an immediate and forceful response from the armed forces, endangering the security of the violating vessels,” the statement from the Khatam al-Anbiya military command, reported by Iranian state television, reads.The command also warned that the continued presence of U.S. fighter jets over the strait “causes insecurity in this waterway and threatens regional security.” Read more HERE

🇾🇪 - Situation in Yemen as mobilization continues on both sides of the line of contact:
Over the past two weeks, both pro-Ansarullah and pro-Saudi tribal forces have been gathering in the al-Rayyan area of Yemen's northern al-Jawf Governorate. The mobilization by Saudi-backed tribes began in response to a tribal call to arms issued by Sheikh Hamad bin Fadgham of the Bakeel tribal confederation, who is currently being held by pro al-Houthi forces.
Fadgham's appeal was linked to the case of Samira al-Zubairi—allegedly Mira Hussein, a daughter of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein—who was arrested by Ansarullah authorities and subsequently expelled from her residence. The property was reportedly granted to her by former Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh, a long-time ally of Saddam Hussein.
According to Fadgham, as many as 8,000 tribal fighters have responded to his call and joined the mobilization effort.
Nearly two decades after Saddam Hussein's execution, his legacy continues to cast a long shadow over Yemen, once again fuelling internal tensions and conflict.

💥Kyiv is on fire: powerful fires have been recorded in various districts of the Ukrainian capital, and the city is shrouded in thick smoke. Due to a power outage, electric transport has come to a standstill, local blogs report. In the center of Kyiv, a number of streets have been blocked off.
What is known:
▪️A strike has been carried out on the largest transport hub and a warehouse in the suburbs of the Ukrainian capital in the Chaika district.
▪️In the north of Kyiv, a fire is raging in an industrial zone, where the Euroformat machine-building plant and the Euroterminal logistics warehouse are located (1st photo).
▪️The airfield and logistics infrastructure in the Kyiv region, where weapons from Western countries were delivered in recent days (engines and electronics for the production of missiles and long-range UAVs, missiles for the Patriot air defense system), have been hit.
▪️Preliminarily, a military-industrial complex enterprise has been hit - the Kyiv Central Design Bureau machine-building plant.
