👉🏻 The winning bidder will be required to make a mandatory "open offer" for an additional 26% stake under SEBI takeover regulations.
👉🏻 Ashok Soota currently holds 32.3% directly and 11.8% through Ashok Soota Medical Research, taking his total holding to 44.1%.
