Coming back to this matter, there are two reasons why even if congress lead coalition comes into power they will not be able to, and wont be willing to do any such thing: 1) because judiciary exists. Its independent and will be more powerful than the last time to allow anyone in the government to get away with dictatorial bullshit. 2) because behind the scene dealings exist. And people in power find those amicable settlements more reliable solutions than waging total war against the opposition. For example: rajiv made backdoor deals with RSS so that RSS will help him assist against sikh in post-indira riots. Similarly, modi made behind the door deals with congress where he sabotages the investigation against vadra in return of receiving electoral bond funding from vadra's company DLF. This is why they never completely wiped out RSS yesterday, and the same reason why they definitely wont do it tomorrow.
