🇬🇧 UK inflation accelerated in September. Annual CPI rose to 3.5%, above expectations of 3.4% and the previous reading of 3.1%. Monthly inflation came in at 0.4%, versus the 0.3% forecast. Core CPI also increased to 2.8% year over year, in line with expectations. Higher inflation could put additional pressure on the Bank of England and influence interest rate expectations.
🇺🇸 The US is strengthening its military presence in the Middle East. According to media reports, the USS Theodore Roosevelt carrier strike group and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit are expected to arrive in the region by the end of November. The increased military presence raises the risk of further escalation and could support oil prices.
🏦 Economists expect the Fed to hold rates in October but raise them in December. According to a Reuters poll, 94 out of 100 economists expect the Fed to keep rates at 3.75%–4.00% at its October 27–28 meeting. All 100 respondents expect a rate hike in December amid persistent inflation.

⏸️ Supply and demand trading is about placing your orders according to zones where the price tends to reverse due to various factors. It’s almost like support and resistance lines but wider and usually backed up by fundamental factors.
⚡️ Usually, the price reacts sharply to supply and demand zones, meaning there is a lot of selling or buying interest.
✅ But how do you know when to enter? That’s what the picture is about. Look for a rally-base-drop movement or other variations of it. The price tends to retest the base before moving toward the rally.
📍 These areas allow traders to implement a favorable risk-to-reward approach in trades. You can set a buy limit order before the price reaches the base, and the chart will do it for you. Notice that stop loss should usually be near the demand zone and below the supply zone.

🟢The AB=CD is a form of a basic harmonic pattern ABCD. The pattern consists of 3 price swings. The lines AB and CD have exactly the same length. As a result, AB and CD have the same angle. This ABCD pattern type is often seen and is popular among traders.
📈 How to trade AB=CD pattern?
1️⃣Study the chart looking at the price’s highs and lows. Using a ZigZag indicator (Insert – Indicators – Custom – ZigZag) that marks the chart’s swings may be helpful.
2️⃣Watch the price as it forms AB and BC. Notice that a 61.8% retracement at point C tends to result in the 161.8% projection of CD. After reaching the D level at 161.8%, you can expect a reversal toward the 38.2% retracement of AD. This is going to be our first take profit.
