After reporting it to AliceBlue multiple times, they have reported back to us today that a fix has been applied for Session Expired errors on AliceBlue. Thank you to all AliceBlue customers who reported the issue.

Error from Upstox: [Access denied | service.upstox.com used Cloudflare to restrict access] These errors can be intermittently seen on Upstox. We have reported these to them on 2nd Jan & have been following it up. We have even reported it today as well. Although, these errors do go away after some time. These are definitely very difficult as it takes away a trader's confidence from the system. Our experience in the past with Upstox support was not great, we were promised better support. But it seems things are still the same. We have low confidence in Upstox's support. We recommend new users to avoid it (if possible).

Angel Users - Order cancel/modify error If you are facing following error: Could not find trading platform order for: <order_id> Please do the following: 1. Go to menu (Settings -> Trading Accounts) 2. Select the Angel account/s 3. Click (Non-Live) button on top 4. Select the Angel account/s (one more time) 4. Click (Live) button on top

Angel website also not loading, so seems there are multiple issues on Angel's side today. Trade carefully.

AliceBlue - Session Expired Errors We are seeing increased number of these errors. The matter with all details has already been reported to AliceBlue & their team is looking into this. If you retry the error goes away, but this error is affecting smooth trading experience for AliceBlue users.

Upstox - Access Denied errors We have started seeing these errors off late. This was informed to Upstox on Friday, but have not received any update yet. The error goes away after some time as per our observations. This needs a fix on Upstox's side & we are following it up with them.

Square-off auto-split feature We have made upgrades in Sq. Off Market feature. If your position size is beyond quantity freeze limit; then the sq. off market feature will automatically split the square off orders.

Symphony XTS Happy to announce support for the Symphony XTS API. It is an independent API offered by many Indian stock brokers. We have onboarded following brokers on XTS (as of now): 1. Anand Rathi 2. IIFL 3. 5Paisa 4. BSE Derivatives BSE derivatives are supported on all brokers now (except Profitmart). Profitmart broker does not have support for BSE derivatives. In case you are a Profitmart user, please ask the broker to enable BSE Derivatives on their API.

SAS issue fixed by broker There was an issue with SAS broker, where in orders placed in NSE derivatives were sometimes randomly being placed on BSE. It was a problem on SAS's api side, after a lot of chasing by us (primarily by one of our client); SAS team managed to find the cause & fixed the problem. This message is just for information of SAS broker users.

Symphony XTS - API We have started work on Symphony XTS API. This api is used by many brokers. So if any of you would like add support for a new broker & they support XTS API; then please inform us. Currently, we are working towards integrating Anand Rathi using XTS.

Errors seen on Kotak We are seeing few errors on Kotak today. This has already been informed to Kotak. They confirmed that there are issues going on & their team is looking into it.

OLD platforms to be stopped Most users are using the default platforms mentioned below: Upstox => UPSTOX_API Kotak => KOTAK_NEO AliceBlue => ALICE_API These are recommended platforms & there are NO changes for them. 👆🏻 Following old platforms will be stopped on given dates:

UPSTOX_PRO/UPSTOX_BETA - 16th December
KOTAK - 23rd December
A3/A3_TOTP - 23rd December

Note: If you are using these old platforms, please update to the new ones. The platforms you are using can be seen on page (Settings -> Trading Accounts).

Minor changes to UI - Trading/pseudo account "list" screens now have filters & select buttons, this will be useful for those having many accounts - Order placement response box now has a close button on top (so if you have many accounts, then you do not need to scroll down) - Marketwatch symbol limit increased to 40 (in the previous release, we missed removing the limit from the UI side)

5Paisa issues Error from FP_API: Error while processing your request. We have notified 5Paisa team... awaiting response.

Upgrades - Release Notes: 1. MarketWatch - Symbol limit increased to 40 from 21 2. Price (tick rounding) - This is turned off by default. Only enable it if you place orders automatically by APIs & your code does not do tick size rounding. 3. Symbol search - Optimized search further to allow user to search directly by strike price. - Example: users can search by something like (20000)... only the strike price, which was slow earlier
