Issue with our Livefeed Live prices are having issues today, it is being looked at.

IIFL Issues - Internal Server Error Please report it to IIFL API team, we are also trying to inform them. Once they resolve the issue, IIFL accounts will start working on AutoTrader. If you are using IIFL with some other broker accounts, please mark IIFL accounts non-live from menu Settings -> Pseudo Accounts) until the issue is resolved by IIFL.

Finvasia Issue - RESOLVED by Finvasia team.

Finvasia Issue - Update Their web app is responding now, *but still slower than usual.*

Note: If you are using Finvasia + Some other brokers. Please mark finvasia accounts *non-live* from menu (Settings -> Pseudo Accounts) This will help you trade in other accounts.

Finvasia - Server slowness/unresponsive Finvasia servers seem very slow & unresponsive today. Please report it to their customer care.

Choice issue - RESOLVED We have re-downloaded the instruments from Choice. This is fixed the issue.

Choice issue - update This is only affecting banknifty weekly options as choice symbol (instruments) file has incorrect entries. We are looking into it.

Choice broking - Issues Orders positions data not coming. Issues on broker's side. Please report to them, keep us in cc (help@stocksdeveloper.in)

Angel issues - Error code AB1010 Angel is having issues with their server giving error Session expired Please report it to angel smart api team.

Poor tech support by brokers (Upstox/Profitmart/AliceBlue) Upstox https://community.upstox.com/t/pnl-other-fields-way-off/1281 Since the new API was launched, their PnL numbers are incorrect. This is a severe bug, as PnL figure is used by traders to make trading decisions. It is has been 2 weeks, but Upstox people have not solved it yet. We had reported an issues with similar severity to Zerodha in the past & Zerodha had solved it in one day. Profitmart & AliceBlue are another brokers who lacks good quality tech support. https://community.aliceblueonline.com/t/error-user-does-not-login-please-login/7422 We are sharing this with you, because as a trader you need to be aware of the difference in quality of these brokers. If your broker is not supportive, we become helpless. So choose your broker wisely.

Note: Parallel login is allowed in AliceBlue website as we are using their APIs.

Aliceblue Setup - in short 1. Go to menu (Settings -> Trading Accounts) 2. Add you API Key (How to do add? See above screenshot) 3. Add your birth year 4. Validate & Save Note: Those who are using at-desktop client, should upgrade to latest version (3.4.5)

AliceBlue API - Support (Going live @ 3:30pm) Please note that we will be launching ALICE_API support post 3.30 pm today. It is mandatory to switch to ALICE_API platform, due to issues seen with the existing web based integration. Note: Master-child copy will be enabled for AliceBlue, as soon as the release goes live. Finvasia issues - Morning (Resolved Now) There were issues ongoing with finvasia in the morning, they seem to have FIXED it now. However, our system might have marked your account as non-live due to consistent failure. If it is non-live, you can make it live again. 1. Go to menu (Settings -> Pseudo Accounts) 2. Select the account by clicking on the row 3. Click the Live button on the top

Profitmart issues - RESOLVED Finally after a lot of struggle one of our client got their tech team to resolve the issue. The problem was from their side & they have fixed it now.
