The question now is whether anyone will be held accountable.
Herridge detailed the “buffet of choices” the administration has available when it comes to criminal statutes to pursue charges against the intelligence officials involved.
HERRIDGE: “I think this is one of the most frustrating things for folks at home and, you know, all over social media is they’re like, what am I going to see a perp walk? When am I going to see criminal charges?”
“I did a little research and they’re actually multiple criminal statutes that were violated here.”
“There’s something which is essentially the abuse of your position as a member of the government, sort of color of law is the statute.”
“There could be violations under the military code of justice.”
“Many of these intelligence agencies fall under the Department of War.”
“There are conspiracy charges and then they’re more ethics violations under the senior executive service.”

| 6 | Here’s the sequence of events for my followers and the legal press to understand:
1) We beat Joe Biden’s attempt to keep his ghostwriter tapes and transcripts secret — in federal district court before Judge Dabney Friedrich.
2) Joe Biden took an appeal and he lost 2-1. But that Court stayed release to give Joe Biden a chance to try to go en banc or up to the Supreme Court.
3) Today, Joe Biden decided not to fight his double losses anymore and to drop his appeal.
This means there is no reason for the administrative stay to remain in effect. Hence,
4) We have just filed with the D.C. Circuit to dissolve the stay. The stay is on fumes at this point and we have every expectation it will be dissolved forthwith.
Joe Biden’s lawyers are stinging so much from their defeat that they’re trying to ignore the appellate case they lost against us, and are instead trying to line up an argument Congress got these documents. But Congress was not a party to our appeal win.
The Biden lawyers’ sleight of hand is TOTALLY WRONG and they are trying it anyway in violation of basic litigation courtesies.
Clearly, there is No Joy in Bidenville this afternoon.
We will anxiously await the dissolving of the stay and DOJ turning the documents over to us, which we’ve been fighting tooth and nail for since 2024.
Please congratulate @ItsYourGov on this win and Biden’s (or his handlers’) decision to now fold and surrender.

Wednesday afternoon: full signing ceremony, flags on stage, Riyadh beamed in on a big screen.
The Saudis got much of what they wanted, including uranium enrichment on their own soil once certain conditions were met, and limits on how far UN inspectors could go on suspected covert sites.
Then Trump posted that Saudi has to join the Abraham Accords first, and denied enrichment was ever part of it.
The timing is the interesting part. Fox spent the 7 a.m. hour asking why normalization with Israel wasn't attached. Trump's post went up at 7:52 a.m...
His own negotiators were blindsided, and so were the Saudis, who had treated the deal as a major win.
Many around the administration assumed Netanyahu got to him first. The White House says the two never spoke.
MBS has already said he won't normalize without a real path to Palestinian statehood, so the deal is now stuck behind the one condition Riyadh keeps refusing.
