| 2 |  One of the greatest challenges on this journey is learning not to live in what I call ‘the waiting room’ even if you are ‘waiting’.
Many of us can see the world we are living through for what it is; we see the corruption, the deception, the cruelty, the inversion of everything that is good. At the same time, we can also imagine something better. We pray for it, we work towards it, we hold onto the hope that one day truth will replace lies, peace will replace conflict, and humanity will once again be guided by goodness rather than evil.
But there is a danger hidden within that hope…
If we are not careful, we begin postponing our lives until that day arrives. We tell ourselves that we will truly live when the storm has passed, when freedom has returned, when justice has been served, when the world finally makes sense again. Yet today is also our life…
These ordinary days, however difficult they may feel, are days we will never get back. The sunrise we barely noticed because we were reading the latest headlines. The conversation we rushed through because our minds were somewhere else. The people we love, who are here today but are not promised tomorrow.
There is a balance we have to learn; we must never stop dreaming of a better future. Never stop hoping. Never stop praying. Never stop doing whatever we can to help bring that future closer, but neither must we forget to fully inhabit this moment.
To laugh, to love, to dance, to sing, to sit in the sun, to marvel at God’s creation. To appreciate the quiet blessings that still surround us, even in the middle of the chaos.
Perhaps that is one of the greatest acts of resistance. Not allowing darkness to steal not only our future, but our present as well.
We fight for tomorrow, but we must remember to live today, because these are the days of our lives, and once they pass through our hands, they are gone forever.

The US Navy operates a 50,000 acre forest in Indiana whose entire job is keeping one wooden ship from 1797 afloat.
The ship is USS Constitution, still a commissioned warship with an active-duty crew. Cannonballs bounced off her in 1812 because the hull sandwiches a wall of live oak ribs between two layers of white oak planking, nearly 2 feet of solid wood so dense it barely floats. British 18-pounders hit it and dropped into the sea. A sailor yelled "her sides are made of iron" and the nickname stuck.
Here's the problem with owning a 229-year-old wooden ship: you can't buy the parts. Hull planks run up to 40 feet long and 7 inches thick, cut from single white oak trunks. A white oak takes over a century to grow that big. No lumberyard on earth stocks it.
So the Navy grows its own. Constitution Grove at Naval Support Activity Crane holds trees over 100 years old, reserved exclusively for this ship. Foresters there are managing oaks today that will become hull planking in the 2100s. The maintenance plan literally runs on tree time.
Every 20 years or so she enters dry dock and shipwrights swap out rotted timber. After two centuries of this, estimates put original 1797 wood at maybe 10 to 15 percent of the ship. The Navy keeps replacing her plank by plank because Congress mandated her preservation and because she's the only active US warship that has sunk an enemy vessel.
Every other asset in the Navy has a decommission date. This one has a tree farm.

Trump is building trust with the American People, while the Dems are simultaneously rebranding themselves as literal Communists. In addition, the doomers and naysayers have lost a substantial amount of steam and influence over the narrative. People are tuning out the negativity and ragebait.

The Supreme Court has decided that Trump must use “regular” armed forces to protect federal buildings and federal officers (ICE), BEFORE he can call in the National Guard.
And President Eisenhower has ALREADY set the legal PRECEDENT.
Do you think Trump didn’t ALREADY know this?
Do you think Trump hasn’t ALREADY done his homework on the law and past legal “precedents?”
Do you still think the Supreme Court is fighting against Trump, in this war against an enemy insurgency, that has infiltrated our entire government?
When the Supreme Court says Trump must use “regular military forces,” BEFORE calling in the National Guard, that gives Trump a whole lot more power over things than most people realize.
Congress cannot stop what is coming.
Congress gave the president authority over one specific group of “regular” military and they can do whatever Trump needs them to do.
“As the president may direct.”
“Focus on the power of POTUS as it relates to the MARINES.”
This is key.
Most people have a very high view of the Marines, and they are a much feared fighting force worldwide. But most people also see the Marines within a lens, where their scope of operation is to land on beaches, fight tough battles and guard important positions.
But that would be a misunderstanding of who the Marines are. Those are all things that the Marines have proven in history to be very good at. Their original function actually is much bigger than that.
Let me offer you a clue, if you don’t know what I’m talking about.
“As the President may direct.”
The Marines were created with one clear purpose: they serve the President of the United States.
“In 1798, when describing the original functions of the Marines, the United States Congress provided that the Corps should serve not only in the ships, garrisons and forts of the United States but, in addition, should be prepared "for any other duty on shore that the President may direct."
“As the president may direct.”
Trump doesn’t need Congressional approval or the permission of any governor in order to deploy the Marines to do whatever he needs to be done, whether overseas or on shore.
This is not limited to combat.

I believe the “Trump Card” is his power over the Marines.
The Marines took an oath to protect the constitution, just like Trump. Their duty is to fulfill that oath.
Trump has the constitutional power, given to him by Congress, while we are in a state of war, to direct the Marines to carry out their oath in whatever way he thinks is necessary, to protect the constitution and the Republic.
Do you get the gravity of that constitutional power?
Can you imagine the possibilities?

Why? Because the people have been conditioned to care more about the next Netflix series, the latest iPhone, or the drama of a manytactured political spectacle than about the prison being built around them. Like in The Matrix, most people don't even realize they're inside a system designed to control them. They work jobs they hate to buy things they don't need, drowning in debt and digital illusions. When they get restless, the system throws them a new distraction—a scandal, a sporting event,a meaningless debate
-anything to keep them from asking the only question that matters: Who is really in control? The Roman Empire fell, not because it was conquered, but because it rotted from within.
Bread and circuses kept the people entertained-until the barbarians were at the gates. The modern world is on the same path. The distractions are stronger, the illusions more convincing, but the result will be the same if people don't wake up. So, ask yourself: Are you watching the circus, or are you in it?

| 16 | Operation New Dawn represents a massive, whole-of-government approach under President Trump's leadership to cracking down on violent crimes and crimes against children in great American cities.
This was a sweeping operation in Chicago that brought together 11 different federal agencies across the government who worked together to execute 305 arrests and recover 24 children — many of whom had been reported kidnapped or missing — as well as charging subjects with robbery, kidnapping, drug trafficking, child exploitation and more.
The success of this op and more to come through initiatives like Summer Heat 2.0 should be a clear message that this FBI, our partners and the @TheJusticeDept led by @DAGToddBlanche are full throttle on crushing criminal networks in this country no matter where they are.

After nearly two decades of governing Gaza, Hamas has announced the dissolution of its governing institutions and the transfer of civilian administration to a Palestinian technocratic committee.
If implemented, this would mark the end of an era that began in 2007 when Hamas took control of the Strip, and the beginning of an entirely new chapter for Gaza and the Palestinian people.
The more important question now is not who will govern and whether the people of Gaza, after decades of conflict, destruction and suffering, will finally be given the opportunity to rebuild their lives in peace, dignity and sovereignty.
