Most people buy the wrong land. They fall for a view, sign the papers, and later find out the water's bad, the soil's dead, or the road washes out every spring. Curtis Stone's spent years helping people avoid that. Built a 40-acre off-grid homestead in BC, ran one of the biggest homesteading channels out there (Off Grid with Curtis Stone), and now vets land for serious buyers through Freedom Farmers and the Homestead Accelerator. Tomorrow on the Live Free Now Show we're airing his Exit & Build 3 keynote... his full checklist for finding the right land for you. You'll learn: → The make-or-break factors most people completely miss when buying land → How to read water, soil, and topography before you make an offer → Why "cheap land" is usually the most expensive mistake you'll make Curtis will be live and in person at Exit & Build 6, Nov 5-8 at Sovereignty Ranch in Bandera, TX, running homestead land workshops and doing one-on-ones in our Implementation Zones. Join us at Exit and Build: https://exitandbuild.com Watch tomorrow, 11am Central: https://youtube.com/live/s215xxwWnFg

The beast system wants you asking permission to live your life. There's another way. It's called The Trifecta: a trust, a private membership association, and a ministry. Three pieces that work together under divine and natural law... instead of handing your money and your freedom over to people who want to use both against you. River and Imani founded Haven Village. 216 acres, stewarded through trust, organized as a real PMA community under the umbrella of a ministry. I'm a partner and fellow trustee here, so I've watched up close how they've pulled this off. At E&B6 they're running a full Implementation Zone. Working sessions where you roll up your sleeves and walk out with real answers for your own project. Grab your spot: https://exitandbuild.com

The things you bought to feel free are the things keeping you trapped. River, architect and co-founder of Haven Village, laid this out in a way I hadn't been able to articulate before. He's using a boat as the example. But he's really talking about all of it. Sometimes the thing that was supposed to set you free just put you deeper in the machine. Here's the flip: what if 10 people in your community went in on that boat together? Nobody's carrying the full debt. The maintenance gets split. You figure out a system. You actually use it more. And nobody's broke over it. That's the stewardship model. That's what they're building on 216 acres in Tennessee. I had a lot of resistance to this when I first started getting into it. Most of us are wired to want to own things, control things. But River and Imani shifted something for me. We were never meant to accumulate our way to freedom. We were meant to steward this earth and care for it for our kids, their kids...and the future generations. This is what Exit and Build looks like in practice. Joel Salatin said something at Land Summit 5 out at Polyface Farm that's stuck with me ever since.
To exit is in fear. To build is in faith.
Exiting the beast system is reactive. Something has to push you out. Building is different. It's a pull. It comes from faith in your ability to create something better. The world we want is way more likely to materialize when we're coming from proactivity and faith... not reaction and fear. So this Monday — what are you building? A freedom group, a business, a homestead, a community... drop it below ⬇️ Let's see what this crew is working on. Happy Monday!

Humbled in a small Tennessee mountain church today... Hope you're doing well on this beautiful Sunday. Here in Tennessee today, River and I, along with a couple other folks who live here at Haven Village, went to a small Baptist church up in the Tennessee mountains. The pastor of the church is actually one of the contractors who does a lot of the excavation work here at Haven Village. So that was really cool. He met us at the door, welcoming everyone as they came in, and was really excited to see River there. As somebody who takes my faith seriously, it was special for me to experience this small Tennessee mountain church and such a tight-knit community. The Baptist message is different from what I'm used to at the non-denominational church I call home, and definitely unique from the Catholic church I go to with my family sometimes. But one thing River and I note often is that the folks there, and a lot of folks in these small rural areas, are salt of the earth. If you're familiar with that term, it actually comes straight out of scripture. The book of Matthew, chapter 5, in the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus is up on the mountainside talking to the crowd, and he looks at these ordinary people, fishermen, laborers, regular folks, and tells them, you are the salt of the earth. Now you've got to understand what salt meant back then. This wasn't the stuff you shake on your fries and forget about. In the ancient world salt was one of the most valuable commodities there was. It was used in trade, even as a form of payment, and it showed up in scripture as a sign of covenant and loyalty between God and his people. And it did a couple of important things. It preserved and it purified. Before there was any such thing as refrigeration, salt is how you kept meat and fish from rotting. You worked it in and it held the decay back. It was also used to cleanse and to purify. So when Jesus calls his people the salt of the earth, that's what he's getting at. We're meant to be a preserving, purifying presence in a world that's decaying all around us. Pure and incorruptible. But here's the part that always gets me. Right after that, in the very same verse, Jesus gives a warning. He says if the salt loses its saltiness, what good is it? It's no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. In other words, you can lose it. You can get corrupted by worldly things. You can blend right into the rot instead of holding it back. And that ties straight into what this whole day ended up being about for me. Staying humble, staying pure, and not letting the world strip you of who God made you to be. These folks were most definitely salt of the earth. The way they speak, it's clear it's not a lot of college intellectual types. I really resonate with that. The Tennessee drawl, simple terms, yet such profound wisdom. I'm sitting there like, damn, these are some Tennessee good old boys and they are dropping deep knowledge about God and life and family and faith. It really goes to show how often times we are too smart for our own good. But when we connect back with the earth, our family, our faith, and our work, that's where the real wisdom is found. Not in a college textbook, and not from the mouth of some professor. A big part of the message was that everybody gets humbled in their lives. And when you get humbled, that's God giving you some feedback and helping to empower you on the path he has laid out for you. The pastor shared how he'd just gotten a call that one of his close friends had passed. He was asked to lead the funeral and preach. He felt a strong wave of emotion. He wished he could have done more. Wished he could have been there more in that last week. Wished he could have been more present for that relationship. But he said, this is just God telling me I need to be present now. I need to show up now for the people around me. That reminded me there are people in my life I could be showing up more for and I set the intention right there to do just that. Then he read from Luke chapter 14, about how there are still seats at the table for heaven. Seats available. And how Jesus compelled the early Christians to go bring people into those seats. So he looked up the word compel. The first part of the definition is to force somebody. And he said that's not in my nature, to force somebody into the body of Christ. But another part is to strongly persuade. And he said the best way to compel someone into the church, or into this exit and build movement of ours, which I see as a spiritual, building-the-kingdom-of-heaven-on-earth kind of thing, is to give them your time and to show up for them. Time is our most valuable and most finite resource after all. Another thing that resonated was him talking about being humble enough to make mistakes. That's something I bring up often in my emails and in my story. Somebody I've grown close with recently reminded me of something. I've been dealing with a couple folks who I can tell are distancing themselves over some things that happened years ago. And that's okay. People can take their distance if they want. What she reminded me was, you've owned your mistakes, and you don't owe anything to anyone. I had to sit with that for a while. I know my mistakes have humbled me, and I try to remain humble. But watching that pastor today, a grown man who runs an excavator, a real Tennessee man, a family man, a man of God, standing up in front of the congregation crying, talking about how he's been humbled, and at the same time being such a powerful man. That's the thing. We ought to be humble. We ought to seek forgiveness for our mistakes. But through that humbleness, we need to step into our power. We need to be humble warriors. Recognize where we come up short. Seek forgiveness. Then get back to work and keep showing up for people. There is no time or no point to wallowing. God is waiting on all of us to do just that. To step into our power while remaining humble. Are you with me!? See less

Don't just educate people. Show them. That's the whole idea behind Haven Village. 216 acres in Tennessee where real people are growing their own food, building hemp homes, and living together in the private realm, OUTSIDE of the beast system. David Friedman wrote about this in The Machinery of Freedom... leading by example is the most powerful form of education. Haven Village is that example in the flesh. 📛 THE FOUR HORSEMEN OF TECHNOCRACY They don't need tanks in the streets. They built something more efficient. Horseman #1: Surveillance Your phone. Your car. Flock cameras. Smart devices. Your search history. Every click, every purchase, every location ping — all of it collected. Horseman #2: AI And here's the thing — AI itself is just a tool. Like a firearm, it can defend you or be used against you. In your hands, it's leverage. In the hands of governments and the predator class? It's the engine that finally makes all that surveillance data actionable. They've been collecting for years. Now they can actually use it. Horseman #3: Social Credit Scores They run your data through the machine and spit out a number. Are you compliant? Did you take the shots? Are you under your carbon allotment? Are you questioning the approved narrative? Your score determines your standing as a "good citizen." Horseman #4: CBDCs The enforcement arm. Central bank digital currencies control what you can buy, where, when, and how much. Step out of line — get shut out of the financial system entirely. Surveillance feeds AI → AI builds the score → The score triggers the CBDC. The only way out is Exit and Build. Parallel systems. Hard assets. Community. Sovereignty.

Most people think freedom starts with owning land. I used to think that too. But the founders of Haven Village — a 216-acre private realm community in Tennessee — flipped that completely. They chose stewardship over ownership. They hold the land in trust. When you own land, you control it. When you steward it, it humbles you. You're not a landlord over God's creation — you're a caretaker of it. That shift in mindset changes how you build community, how you make decisions, and what kind of world you're actually trying to create. One of the clearest indicators that the BEAST system is rolling out and accelerating is something most people drive right past without thinking twice. Data centers. When I say Beast system, I'm talking about the total surveillance grid. Everything tracked, traced, analyzed, and then that information used to socially engineer the public into being good little citizens. And these data centers are popping up all across the country and all across the world at breakneck speed. They're where the tech companies and governments run a bunch of graphics cards to spin up computing power for AI. It's called compute. It eats massive amounts of power and water. It's my belief these systems are spinning up in preparation for the transition to the total surveillance grid. And AI is a key piece. If you've seen my work before, you know I talk about the four horsemen of technocracy. When all four are out there, integrated and implemented, that's when you know the Beast system is fully at play. Here are the four horsemen. The first is surveillance systems. Your phone, your computer, Flock cameras, the internet of things, smart cars, your smart refrigerator, you name it. Your search history and your internet habits all getting gobbled up. All of that gets fed through artificial intelligence, which is the second horseman. Real quick, I want to be clear. AI can be used as a tool to make you more effective at your business, your Exit and Build goals, researching a vacation, whatever. It's a tool, like a firearm, that can be used for good or for evil. Just be mindful of that. But AI in the hands of governments and the predator class is most definitely not a positive thing. They take all that surveillance data and they finally make it useful. In the past they could gather a ton of information, they just couldn't do much with it. Now they can. Then they take that analysis and assign you a social credit score. That's the third horseman. That score tracks whether you're a good citizen. Whether you're compliant. Whether you took all your required shots. Whether you're staying under your carbon allotment with your consumption and your travel. What you post online. Whether you're questioning the approved agenda. And the fourth horseman, one of the key enforcement arms, is central bank digital currencies. Controlling what you can and can't buy. Where you can spend, how much, when, and on what. And if you really step out of line, shutting you out of the financial system altogether. Those are the four horsemen of technocracy. And the data centers going up at breakneck speed are a complete indicator of what's coming. Now look, I know a lot of this is overwhelming and alarming. AI especially is something a lot of folks are concerned about, maybe already using, and trying to get a firm grip on what's coming and what to expect. That's exactly why I'm so excited about this one. Today at 11am CT, Glenn Meder is going live with an exclusive webinar just for our audience. He's going to help you actually understand AI, how it fits into the surveillance system, and most importantly, the privacy steps you can take to create greater privacy and freedom in your life. Real simple. The way Glenn always does it. It's FREE and it's happening today (6/25) at 11am CT (12pm ET / 10am MT / 9am PT).  If you can't make it live, sign up anyways and they will send you the replay. Register and jump in here: https://privacyacademy.com/livefree/ Stay free! John Bush P.S. The four horsemen are already being saddled up. You can't stop the data centers from going up, but you can absolutely take back your own privacy, and Glenn makes it simple. He's also speaking at Exit and Build 6 this November where we go even deeper on real solutions. But first, hop on the free webinar. It starts soon: https://privacyacademy.com/livefree/

The alternative media does the same thing as mainstream — fear, hyperbole, sensationalism. Sometimes worse. I saw it again this week. Someone in a Telegram chat warning about a "massive financial reset in the next 20 days." That was nine days ago. I don't see a major financial reset happening in the next 11 days either. But people spent that whole time anxious instead of taking action. That's the real trap. Fear porn keeps your energy locked on the problem, and an open loop with no solution just drains you. The solution is what closes the loop. So let's close one right now. Palantir. Flock cameras. AI surveillance. Digital ID. These problems are real — and they're solvable. My go-to guy Glenn Meder breaks it all down in a calm, practical way with zero sensationalism. He'll hand you actual steps, not more overwhelm. Join Glenn and his son Eric for a FREE webinar this Thursday, June 25th at 11am CT. Register here → https://privacyacademy.com/livefree/

📣 LIVE TODAY at 11am Central on the Live Free Now Show- It's our 250th episode! 🥳 I'm out at Haven Village in Tennessee right now, and I sat down with River and Imani to pull back the curtain on what they're actually building here. 216 acres. Trust-stewarded. Hemp homes going up. Real people on real land. River and Imani don't own a single acre of it — and that's the whole point. We get into the trust, PMA, and ministry structure behind it all, the regenerative agriculture plan, the hard lessons from actually doing this, and how Haven Village will be featured at Exit & Build 6 this November at Sovereignty Ranch. This is what Exit and Build looks like in practice. Don't miss it. 👇 Watch live or catch the replay: https://youtube.com/live/UgufsOZq888
