250 years ago a handful of people decided they'd rather build a life of true freedom than stay comfortable and keep their mouths shut.
All they had was land, neighbors, and a decision to make.
We've got a little more than that. We have Haven Village. We have Soverignty Ranch.
And we're gathering the builders and poineers. Standing on the backs of the giants and the thinkers and the doers who came before us, and building a parallel society with our own hands.
We're gathering for 4 days on Mollie Engelhart's Sovereignty Ranch in the Texas Hill Country.
November 5-8th.
I want you there. Come do this in person with us. Let's lean into the role every one of us plays in this beautiful movement of freedom lovers and builders.

| 2 | 📣 Exit and Build 6 Speaker Introduction
Jeremy Cordon | Founder & CEO of Goldback Inc.
As founder and CEO of Goldback Inc., Jeremy created Goldback, a physical gold currency designed to move through everyday life the way real money should... spendable, tangible, yours.
For years, gold felt like something you locked away and forgot about. Jeremy set out to change that. Through Goldback, he's given people a way to carry gold in their pocket and use it like currency, bringing sound money principles into the real world in a way regular folks can actually use.
We're excited to bring Jeremy to Exit & Build 6 at Sovereignty Ranch. This is a hands-on event, and you'll walk away actually knowing how to put gold to work in your daily life.

| 3 | Tomorrow is the Fourth of July.
Or as I like it call it, Independence Day.
And with the 250th anniversary of this country opting out of the British Empire right around the corner, I've been going down a rabbit hole... documentaries and research about how the whole thing actually got started.
It kicked off with this awesome mini-series on George Washington, narrated by Jeff Bridges. Really well done. It gave me a real glimpse into the man's life. I always knew he played a big role in founding this nation... but the story it told was of a giant role. Especially in actually winning the revolution.
Definitely is inspiring to watch men of honor take their role that seriously.
Now, were they perfect? Nope.
Even old George Washington wasn't... yeah. Influenced by Alexander Hamilton, Washington had some big government tendencies. Hamilton served as one of his officers in the Continental Army, and then became his Secretary of the Treasury. Hamilton constantly pushed for a stronger central government and even the newly formed nation's first central bank.
And in fact, one of the first acts of the new executive branch was putting down the Whiskey Rebellion... after instituting Hamilton's whiskey tax. Which, when you sit with it, seems pretty unamerican. You've got an early nation still mostly governed by the states and the colonies, people who had just fought a war against an empire over taxation... and here comes the new federal government taxing the whiskey, which was also used as an alternative currency, then marching out to crush the folks who pushed back.
Those two didn't have the liberty leanings of a Thomas Jefferson. Then again, Jefferson himself was a slave owner. A lot of them were. It was the times... though the discussions were already bubbling up, and other countries were already moving past it.
In spite of all that, I still have great reverence for these fine men.
But here's what I couldn't stop thinking about as I was boning up on my American History...
Everybody had a role to play.
The revolutionaries like Sam Adams and Patrick Henry... the radicals who organized the protests, pushed back, and shared the dangerous ideas early, back when independence was wildly unpopular. These guys were way out in front on the cause of independence.
Reminds me of how folks who stayed quiet while COVID was ramping up only started speaking out once it was safe and popular to do so. Or how a lot of the alternative media crowd that rallied everyone to vote for Trump, line up to criticize him now that it's convenient and popular. There's a reason Thomas Paine wrote about the summer soldier and the sunshine patriot who shrink from the fight the moment things get hard.
Then you had the delegates who showed up for the First and Second Continental Congress. Sit with what they were actually doing... putting their own names to open treason against the British Empire, a crime punishable by death. The risk we invite people to take today, simply opting out of the predator class's technocracy, pales in comparison to what those men were staring down.
You had the women who kept the homestead, the farm, and the family running while their husbands marched off to war... holding the whole world together back home so the fight could go on.
You had the militiamen, most of whom stayed on even after the money to pay them dried up, enduring brutal winter conditions, and plenty of them paying the ultimate sacrifice. And they remind me of the same thing... the sacrifices we make in pursuit of freedom nowadays pale in comparison to what those men laid down.
Then you had the soldiers and the generals. The State assemblymen. The farmers. The framers of the Constitution.
Every single one of them had a role to play.
And I'll tell you how this all came around for me.
Out here at Haven Village, I've come to realize that in our own way, we're founding fathers too. New pioneers of a completely different model. There are other folks building private realm regenerative communities... but I guarantee you, nobody is doing it on this scale, this far along. It's a real honor to be part of it.
And everybody here has a role to play too.
River and Imani are the founders driving the whole thing forward. Imani pours into the team, the farmstead, the promotion and the marketing. River leads the site design, the construction, the builds, the architecture. My role is helping spread the word, assisting in the onboarding of new members, dialing in the private realm structure, and lending an ear and some support to River and Imani along the way.
Then there's the close-knit crew living on site... mowing, fixing the tractor, planting the garden, cooking the community meals. And the members, who are now coming in droves, visiting, and in some cases already living here. Plus all the folks out there simply sharing the project and cheering us on.
Everybody has a role.
Which brings me to you.
Whatever you're doing, however small it may feel, I need you to hear this: you have a role to play.
No matter how overwhelmed you feel by the daunting odds... by the predator class and all their diabolical machinations... it matters. Big or small, it matters.
Maybe you're leading a Freedom Cell meetup. Maybe you're the one tracking down farmers market vendors who'll take silver and gold. Maybe you're building a community from scratch. Or maybe you're just showing up in your own way... helping wake people up, sharing the message of freedom, being a good neighbor and a good family member.
Those are all important roles. And I applaud you for showing up.
So here's my invitation.
If you're ready to build on your role... to go from passive to active... or you're already active and you want to sharpen how you're building... come join us for Exit & Build 6.
We're gathering the builders and the pioneers. Standing on the backs of the giants and the thinkers and the doers who came before us, and building a parallel society with our own hands. In a lot of ways it's a return to the old way of doing things... land-based, agrarian, decentralized, family-focused, community-oriented.

| 5 | The predator class wants you isolated and afraid.
Then you find one other person who thinks like you do, and the whole thing starts to crack.
You're digging a garden bed. You're asking the guy at the farmer's market if he'll take silver instead of a card.
Small moves. That's how you start to take control back from the propaganda machine.

| 6 | One of our Live Free Academy members in Australia tried to move her own Bitcoin a few weeks ago.
All of it. Off the exchange and into her own Trezor, where she and only she controls it.
The exchange called her. Wouldn't approve the transfer unless she handed over her wallet address AND sent them a photo of herself holding the Trezor next to her CoinSpot dashboard on screen. She couldn't find the address in time, so they killed the whole transfer.
Then she tried to buy one of my trainings directly through the exchange, after they told her she could. Another phone call. This time they wanted to know exactly who she was paying. She wouldn't hand over my website. Cancelled again.
Then the email hit. After "review," they could no longer facilitate the send. And they'd no longer support any further coin withdrawals from her account at all.
Read that last part again. They locked her out of moving her own money.
I want this on your radar before it becomes your problem, because this isn't an Australia problem. It's coordinated, and it's global.
Europe's already running MiCA (the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation), and their version of the Travel Rule switched on at the end of December 2024. Every licensed middleman is bound by it... CASPs in the EU, MSBs here in the US. Every exchange, every custodian, every platform you'd normally run crypto through.
I saw this play out myself before her story ever hit my inbox. I was helping a member in the UK pull crypto off Coinbase into her own wallet. Simple withdrawal. Coinbase wouldn't release it until she signed a message proving she actually controlled that wallet. That's the Travel Rule in action, and under EU rules it kicks in on withdrawals over about 1,000 euros.
They're not slowing down either. The EU set an end-of-June deadline to review self-custody wallet rules, and the options on the table include lower thresholds, forced whitelisting of your own wallet addresses, even caps on how much you're allowed to send to yourself. The same machinery is moving here at home through the Clarity Act and the Genius Act. This is coming to the US. It's a matter of when, not if.
Here's what makes it more dangerous than most people realize. On a transparent chain like Bitcoin or Ethereum, once they tie your name to one address, they can follow the money everywhere it goes. And regulated European exchanges are already being pushed to drop privacy coins entirely.
It is all an effort to control money that, used properly, cannot be controlled.
Now here's the part that should give you hope. All of this only touches the centralized, regulated services. The exchanges. The custodians. The middlemen who need a license to operate.
There's no way for them to stop you from running open source software, using a VPN, and holding your own keys in a wallet nobody can freeze. That end-of-June review is them testing the fence. The move is simple... get comfortable in this space now, before they try to shut the door.
That's exactly why I built the Crypto Freedom Bootcamp, and it's live again starting today. Fully recorded, instant access to the full replay plus all the bonuses.
I walk you through how to buy and receive crypto without ever touching a KYC exchange. Three real methods, ordered from most sovereign to the fallback options, including how to actually acquire, hold, and spend Monero and Zano so there's no trail left for anyone to follow.

| 7 | Supreme Court rulings. Data centers. AI. Flock cameras. Smart cities. Corrupt politicians running the show.
If you're paying attention at all, even to the alternative outlets, you feel it. That heaviness. That overwhelm.
Here's what I keep coming back to... the antidote to overwhelm and anxiety is a plan. And more importantly, taking action on that plan.
That's Exit and Build 6 is all about. November 5th-8th at Mollie Engelhart's Sovereignty Ranch.
We're bringing in experts and builders to run implementation zones where you walk out with a plan built specifically for you. They’ll be there to help you set up your Zano wallet, get your Qortal node running, and more.
You leave feeling capable. Ready to make your exit and build goals a reality.

Most people buy land with their heart and find out later the water's no good or the road washes out every spring. Curtis Stone handed us his entire framework for avoiding that at Exit and Build 3 and I shared that talk on the Live Free Now Show today.
He built 40 off-grid acres in BC because he could read what nobody else saw. Deep privacy, unschooled kids, a family living how they actually want to live.
That's Exit and Build in action.
And he'll be at EB6 this November in person, running homestead workshops and sitting down one-on-one to help attendees vet land on the spot.

| 9 | Still out at Haven Village and yesterday I watched a crew set the prefab basement walls on one of the custom hemp homes in the Harmony Hill neighhborhood... straight off the truck, straight into place with a crane that could've flattened a city block. Wild to watch.
The couple who's going to live there is already on the land, renting another hemp home while their place goes up. They're stoked. This is the real deal. Not a someday plan. A house, going up, for people who decided to exit and build for real.
Watching those walls drop in got me thinking about foundations. There's the one on the ground... the concrete, the basement, the four walls everything rests on. A home's only as good as what's underneath it. Same goes for a business, a relationship, a life.
I've talked plenty about the foundation being your private realm documents... the trust, the PMA, the ministry. But the other half is the land itself.
That's why I'm fired up about Exit & Build 6. Land experts are showing up in force, and River's one of them. He and Imani are building this whole community in the private realm. At EB6, he's teaching land design and site planning... how you lay out a place people can live in for generations.
If you've been on the fence about Exit & Build 6, this is the moment to grab your ticket. Prices go up Wednesday, July 15th. That's coming fast.
Accommodations are getting booked up too. There aren't many of the tiny homes left at all. But there's still plenty of glamping cabins, tent spots, car camping spots, and even some RV spots on the property... and staying on-site is where the real magic happens, around the fire after the sessions are done.

| 11 | Most people buy the wrong land.
They fall for a view, sign the papers, and later find out the water's bad, the soil's dead, or the road washes out every spring.
Curtis Stone's spent years helping people avoid that. Built a 40-acre off-grid homestead in BC, ran one of the biggest homesteading channels out there (Off Grid with Curtis Stone), and now vets land for serious buyers through Freedom Farmers and the Homestead Accelerator.
Tomorrow on the Live Free Now Show we're airing his Exit & Build 3 keynote... his full checklist for finding the right land for you.
You'll learn:
→ The make-or-break factors most people completely miss when buying land
→ How to read water, soil, and topography before you make an offer
→ Why "cheap land" is usually the most expensive mistake you'll make
Curtis will be live and in person at Exit & Build 6, Nov 5-8 at Sovereignty Ranch in Bandera, TX, running homestead land workshops and doing one-on-ones in our Implementation Zones.

| 12 | The beast system wants you asking permission to live your life. There's another way.
It's called The Trifecta: a trust, a private membership association, and a ministry.
Three pieces that work together under divine and natural law... instead of handing your money and your freedom over to people who want to use both against you.
River and Imani founded Haven Village. 216 acres, stewarded through trust, organized as a real PMA community under the umbrella of a ministry. I'm a partner and fellow trustee here, so I've watched up close how they've pulled this off.
At E&B6 they're running a full Implementation Zone. Working sessions where you roll up your sleeves and walk out with real answers for your own project.

| 13 | The things you bought to feel free are the things keeping you trapped.
River, architect and co-founder of Haven Village, laid this out in a way I hadn't been able to articulate before. He's using a boat as the example. But he's really talking about all of it.
Sometimes the thing that was supposed to set you free just put you deeper in the machine.
Here's the flip: what if 10 people in your community went in on that boat together? Nobody's carrying the full debt. The maintenance gets split. You figure out a system. You actually use it more. And nobody's broke over it.
That's the stewardship model. That's what they're building on 216 acres in Tennessee.
I had a lot of resistance to this when I first started getting into it. Most of us are wired to want to own things, control things. But River and Imani shifted something for me.
We were never meant to accumulate our way to freedom. We were meant to steward this earth and care for it for our kids, their kids...and the future generations.
This is what Exit and Build looks like in practice.

| 15 | Joel Salatin said something at Land Summit 5 out at Polyface Farm that's stuck with me ever since.
To exit is in fear. To build is in faith.
Exiting the beast system is reactive. Something has to push you out.
Building is different. It's a pull. It comes from faith in your ability to create something better.
The world we want is way more likely to materialize when we're coming from proactivity and faith... not reaction and fear.
So this Monday — what are you building?
A freedom group, a business, a homestead, a community... drop it below ⬇️
Let's see what this crew is working on. Happy Monday! | 195 |
| 16 | Humbled in a small Tennessee mountain church today...
Hope you're doing well on this beautiful Sunday.
Here in Tennessee today, River and I, along with a couple other folks who live here at Haven Village, went to a small Baptist church up in the Tennessee mountains.
The pastor of the church is actually one of the contractors who does a lot of the excavation work here at Haven Village. So that was really cool.
He met us at the door, welcoming everyone as they came in, and was really excited to see River there.
As somebody who takes my faith seriously, it was special for me to experience this small Tennessee mountain church and such a tight-knit community.
The Baptist message is different from what I'm used to at the non-denominational church I call home, and definitely unique from the Catholic church I go to with my family sometimes.
But one thing River and I note often is that the folks there, and a lot of folks in these small rural areas, are salt of the earth.
If you're familiar with that term, it actually comes straight out of scripture. The book of Matthew, chapter 5, in the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus is up on the mountainside talking to the crowd, and he looks at these ordinary people, fishermen, laborers, regular folks, and tells them, you are the salt of the earth.
Now you've got to understand what salt meant back then. This wasn't the stuff you shake on your fries and forget about. In the ancient world salt was one of the most valuable commodities there was. It was used in trade, even as a form of payment, and it showed up in scripture as a sign of covenant and loyalty between God and his people.
And it did a couple of important things. It preserved and it purified.
Before there was any such thing as refrigeration, salt is how you kept meat and fish from rotting. You worked it in and it held the decay back. It was also used to cleanse and to purify.
So when Jesus calls his people the salt of the earth, that's what he's getting at. We're meant to be a preserving, purifying presence in a world that's decaying all around us. Pure and incorruptible.
But here's the part that always gets me. Right after that, in the very same verse, Jesus gives a warning. He says if the salt loses its saltiness, what good is it? It's no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
In other words, you can lose it. You can get corrupted by worldly things. You can blend right into the rot instead of holding it back. And that ties straight into what this whole day ended up being about for me. Staying humble, staying pure, and not letting the world strip you of who God made you to be.
These folks were most definitely salt of the earth.
The way they speak, it's clear it's not a lot of college intellectual types. I really resonate with that. The Tennessee drawl, simple terms, yet such profound wisdom. I'm sitting there like, damn, these are some Tennessee good old boys and they are dropping deep knowledge about God and life and family and faith.
It really goes to show how often times we are too smart for our own good. But when we connect back with the earth, our family, our faith, and our work, that's where the real wisdom is found. Not in a college textbook, and not from the mouth of some professor.
A big part of the message was that everybody gets humbled in their lives. And when you get humbled, that's God giving you some feedback and helping to empower you on the path he has laid out for you.
The pastor shared how he'd just gotten a call that one of his close friends had passed. He was asked to lead the funeral and preach.
He felt a strong wave of emotion. He wished he could have done more. Wished he could have been there more in that last week. Wished he could have been more present for that relationship.
But he said, this is just God telling me I need to be present now. I need to show up now for the people around me.
That reminded me there are people in my life I could be showing up more for and I set the intention right there to do just that.
Then he read from Luke chapter 14, about how there are still seats at the table for heaven. Seats available. And how Jesus compelled the early Christians to go bring people into those seats.
So he looked up the word compel. The first part of the definition is to force somebody. And he said that's not in my nature, to force somebody into the body of Christ.
But another part is to strongly persuade. And he said the best way to compel someone into the church, or into this exit and build movement of ours, which I see as a spiritual, building-the-kingdom-of-heaven-on-earth kind of thing, is to give them your time and to show up for them.
Time is our most valuable and most finite resource after all.
Another thing that resonated was him talking about being humble enough to make mistakes. That's something I bring up often in my emails and in my story.
Somebody I've grown close with recently reminded me of something. I've been dealing with a couple folks who I can tell are distancing themselves over some things that happened years ago. And that's okay. People can take their distance if they want.
What she reminded me was, you've owned your mistakes, and you don't owe anything to anyone.
I had to sit with that for a while. I know my mistakes have humbled me, and I try to remain humble.
But watching that pastor today, a grown man who runs an excavator, a real Tennessee man, a family man, a man of God, standing up in front of the congregation crying, talking about how he's been humbled, and at the same time being such a powerful man.
That's the thing. We ought to be humble. We ought to seek forgiveness for our mistakes. But through that humbleness, we need to step into our power. We need to be humble warriors. Recognize where we come up short. Seek forgiveness. Then get back to work and keep showing up for people. There is no time or no point to wallowing.
God is waiting on all of us to do just that.
To step into our power while remaining humble.

| 17 | Something is Growing in Belize...
(BIG project reveal from ECI Development)
The number of people looking for a second option is growing. The number of places that still allow it is shrinking. Belize still allows it... English-speaking, two hours from Houston, stable enough to plan around. And usable land, the kind you can actually farm and build on without an HOA in your pocket, is getting rare.
ECI has been selling land in Belize since 1996, and they've been working on a new community there. The first phase is small, freedom-first, and designed for people who want to do something with their land.
Worth your hour if:
👉 You're done being told what to do with your own property
👉 You want land you can actually use... grow food, keep animals, build with your hands
👉 You want a foothold somewhere stable and English-speaking
👉 You'd rather get in early than pay catch-up later
Phase 1 parcels, maps, and pricing revealed on this free webinar. Webinar attendees get first access, and the best spots go to whoever moves first.
