🚨 XRP added as a cross collateral currency We are adding XRP to the list of cross collateral currencies. Previously, XRP could only be used as an offset currency for upside risk in XRP products. With this change, XRP can be used as margin for any derivative instrument on Deribit on accounts with cross collateral enabled (X:SM and X:PM). The XRP haircut will be 15% on X:SM and 0% on X:PM. Current specifications are available here. The change will be applied automatically. Existing XRP balances will count toward margin with no action required. These changes will take effect on the next maintenance, Tuesday, September 15th, 09:00 UTC. Deribit. Always Open.

This affects the channels user.changes.{kind}.{currency}.{interval} and user.changes.{instrument_name}.{interval}. Positions will only be published on these channels when a trade actually occurs. New method: public/get_basket_index_composition — retrieves the latest basket index composition (constituents, weights, cap factors, and index divisor). index_name is required and case-insensitive. Currently only COIN50 is accepted.
