Ever feared coming to God with personal requests or things that aren’t in your control? This week, we dive into the C (confession) and S (supplication) of ACTS, a prayer model inspired by the Lord’s Prayer. Prayer is easy when we can see things change, but what if they don’t? We start to doubt if God is really sovereign, or if He really cares about us. In comparison to what’s happening in the world today, our personal requests can seem like trivial things. Yet we know that God hears us when we ask according to His will (1 Jn 5:14). If answers seem slow in coming, have faith that 𝒔𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒃𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 in your life.
