Saudi oil giant Aramco has evacuated its headquarters in Dhahran after it recently came under a Houthi ballistic missile attack out of Yemen.
Sources told the AFP and Reuters that the company told remaining staff to evacuate from its headquarters amid two weeks of intensified Houthi attacks across the region.
The City of Dhahran is in the Eastern Province of the country, and is the administrative center for the Saudi oil industry.
There are sprawling residential areas for employees near the HQ, but there's nothing to indicate the residential areas have been evacuated too.

A rare EF-1 tornado tore through Santa Fe, New Mexico, on Saturday, marking the first tornado recorded in the city in more than 50 years.
The tornado developed at 7 p.m. in the Via Caballo neighborhood, south of Santa Fe, with peak winds of 110 mph, according to the National Weather Service's (NWS) damage survey.
The storm then traveled north for approximately 1.5 miles, leaving a path of destruction before eventually dissipating near the College of Santa Fe.
"Saturday night and Sunday morning, parts of our city looked like a disaster zone," Santa Fe Mayor Michael Garcia said in a press release.

That's 20 days longer than the longest previous GRB on record.
This record-breaking burst — which is designated GRB 220706A and was spotted on July 6, 2022 — is even more exciting because scientists don't know what the central engine powering it actually is.
