📣Litecoin: Neckline Breakdown Could Extend the Selloff
Litecoin has formed a classic Head & Shoulders pattern, a well-known bearish reversal structure that often signals the end of an uptrend.
Price is currently testing the neckline, and sellers appear to be defending this level.
A confirmed 1-hour candle close below the neckline would strengthen the bearish outlook and increase the probability of a move toward the measured downside targets.
The first support lies around 42.59, where buyers may attempt to slow the decline. If bearish momentum remains strong, the next key target sits near 41.26, aligning with a previous demand zone.

Gold is showing signs of a bullish reversal after breaking out of a falling wedge, a pattern that often signals the end of a corrective phase.
If the price holds stronger above this area then it should provide additional confirmation before the next impulsive move higher.
As long as price remains above the highlighted demand zone, the bullish structure remains intact.
The first target is the previous swing resistance around 4,195, while a sustained breakout above that level could open the way toward the major resistance near 4,345.

| 5 |  📣USDJPY: Fears of BOJ intervention could push USDJPY lower
Some of our members asked me about USDJPY, so I am re-posting this analysis on the 60-minute timeframe.
From a technical perspective, USDJPY has nothing to bearish.
There is not even a bearish pattern.
Why might it fall again?
The top formed at 162.85 shows that USD/JPY reached a 38-year high. It has never been in that area before. After testing this area, the BOJ initiated a small Forex intervention by lowering the price to 160.50.
Once again, the market is waiting for a possible BOJ intervention considering that they already showed interest near 162.85 and stopped the price there. This could be the only reason for USDJPY to fall... fear of BOJ intervention in the currency.
From a technical perspective, it remains only bullish.

🔴U.S. stock index futures slid sharply after President Donald Trump said a memorandum of understanding aimed at ending the war with Iran was "over." The U.S. president said he had no interest in engaging further with Iran, deepening investor concerns about renewed escalation in the Middle East and dealing the latest blow to the fragile ceasefire between Washington and Tehran.
🟢Nasdaq futures touched a four-week low, while small-cap Russell 2000 index futures fell to a three-week low. The CBOE Volatility Index, Wall Street's fear gauge, hit a more than one-week high, climbing 2.5 points to 18.63.
🟢Oil prices jumped more than 6% amid renewed fears of disruptions to Middle East oil supplies. The dollar hovered near a one-week high, while gold prices fell more than 1%.
🟢The risk-off mood extended across global equities. European shares slid to a one-week low, and Japan's Nikkei share average closed at a near four-week low. However, Hong Kong stocks posted their biggest gain in three months as beaten-down technology shares attracted dip-buyers, outperforming global peers, while mainland Chinese shares slipped to a one-month low.

Price has broken above the ascending triangle , signaling potential bullish continuation.

The London Market has no data for today.
The only event is the FOMC minutes. The market will wait as usual, but it could be without impact.
The FOMC meeting was not clear. The NFP data was lower than expected for June. Kevin Warsh did not want to share more details about the new path of the FED. I think they will just do a summary, but it is not the time to share new things as this has never happened in the FOMC minutes.
So the USD may weaken after the FOMC minutes or it may not move at all.

It seems to be weaker overall.

On the 4-hour chart, gold broke out of the 4100 resistance zone, now turned into resistance and doesn’t seem ready to go any higher.
The price reached 4200 after the NPF data, but it doesn’t seem ready to go any higher.
It looks like this will make a classic retest of the broken structure area before moving higher.
So let’s be ready for a possible retest of 4100 before the Gold starts its next move higher.
