📣DXY Completes Bearish Harmonic Pattern – Dollar at a Turning Point?
The US Dollar Index (DXY) has completed a bearish harmonic pattern near a major resistance zone, where sellers have already started to defend higher prices.
The rejection from point D suggests bullish momentum is fading after the recent recovery. If this harmonic setup plays out as expected, DXY could begin a broader corrective move over the coming sessions.
The first downside objective is the 101.00 support zone, which may provide an initial reaction from buyers. However, if selling pressure remains strong and that level fails to hold, the next target comes around 100.60, a key support area from the previous rally.
A weaker US Dollar would also support the recent recovery seen in major currencies and precious metals, making this level an important one to monitor across multiple markets.

⚠️The market focus today will be solely on the FOMC meeting. It is not clear how the USD may react during the FED press conference, because FED Chairman Kevin Warsh was not clear even during the previous meeting about the new Monetary Policy he wants to implement and how transparent it will be to the public.

The first target was easily reached, from 84.20 to 81.2
As long as the US does not attack Iran again, OIL is expected to start to fall slowly. I do not expect any surprises, but hopes for an extended ceasefire or a peace agreement could push OIL prices even lower.
But, as I explained earlier, Trump could benefit to push OIL price down more, simply because he wants cheaper oil.

WTI Crude Oil has staged an impressive rally over the past few weeks, but the latest price action suggests that bullish momentum may be fading.
After breaking above the previous consolidation range, Oil accelerated toward the $93 area before encountering strong selling pressure as I explained on the previous OIL idea.
The recent rejection and pullback indicate that buyers may be taking profits, while the market begins to reassess the geopolitical risk premium.
After a brief pause, we could see oil begin a larger decline in the coming days, also taking into account the ceasefire between the US and Iran over the weekend.
The question is how long this ceasefire will last.
