Please be informed that the cost-sharing forms for this academic year are now available at the Faculty Secretary's Office. You may obtain and complete them starting today, October 1, 2026, and tomorrow, October 2, 2026, only.

Now that the internet connectivity issue has been resolved, particularly at the JiT campuses, all undergraduate regular students are kindly reminded to complete their online semester registration through the SRS no later than Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
Please note that the SRS system will be closed after the deadline.
Students who do not complete their registration in the SRS will:
- Not be able to apply for non-cafeteria (cost-sharing) services; and
- Be restricted from accessing cafeteria and dormitory services.
Therefore, all students are strongly encouraged to complete their registration before the deadline to avoid any inconvenience.
