| 2 | Top 10 Pre-TGE Projects by FDV on Aspecta
These are the most valuable tokens that haven't launched yet. The figures come from Aspecta's pre-market, so each number reflects the implied FDV traders are pricing today, ahead of any official launch.
• StandX – $335M
• Concrete – $283M
• Pacifica – $275M
• TownSquare – $201M
• GAEA – $184M
• Doppler – $184M
• Apyx – $166M
• Multipli – $163M
• Theo – $162M
• Ostium – $118M
Perp DEXs still own the top – StandX holds first place for the second ranking in a row, with Pacifica, Theo and Ostium all still on the board. The shift since July: GRVT, Aligned, Saturn and TermMax dropped out, replaced by Concrete, Doppler, Apyx and Multipli, and Concrete debuted straight at #2.
Every project that stayed on the list lost value – StandX –7%, TownSquare –13%, Ostium –24% – so the market is cooling on pre-TGE bets even as it rotates into new names.

| 3 | Prediction Markets Trading Volume Without Sports
Non-sports prediction market volume hit $10B in the week ending Sep 13 – up from $2.7B on Aug 2, nearly 4x in six weeks and the sixth straight record. Sports still make up most of the total pie, but this is the part that was supposed to be the "real" use case: politics, macro, crypto.
The catch is who's printing it. Kalshi took $9.6B of the $10B – 96% of the category, up from roughly a coin flip in June and a Polymarket lead a year ago. The reason isn't better politics markets, it's distribution: Robinhood, Coinbase, Webull and Moomoo all carry Kalshi contracts, and what they push under "non-sports" is mostly hourly BTC, ETH and S&P markets. An hourly contract opens and settles inside 60 minutes, so the same dollar prints fresh volume every hour – a Fed decision resolving in November reports once.
So $10B is real, but it's closer to short-dated crypto derivatives with a different wrapper than a wave of people betting on elections. Watch open interest and long-dated markets to see how much of this sticks.

| 4 | Top 10 Voice Models by Speech to Speech Index
Google's Gemini 3.8 Live Extended Thinking, released yesterday, debuts at #1 on Artificial Analysis' Speech to Speech Index with 82.6 – edging out GPT-Live-1 Astra (81.5) and Grok Voice Think Fast 2.0 (81.3). The top four sit within 2.5 points of each other, so the voice race is a three-way tie, not a Google runaway.
The story hides in the price column. Extended Thinking costs ~$3.50 per hour of audio, versus $4.80 for Grok and $5.83 for GPT-Live-1 Astra – Google tops the board while undercutting both rivals. And the standard Gemini 3.8 Live at 76.0 runs about $0.84/hour, roughly a sixth of Astra's price for most of the same conversational ability. That's the model most teams will actually deploy.
OpenAI holds five of ten slots but its best sits second, xAI's Grok jumped 9 points between versions 1.0 and 2.0, and Anthropic is absent – there's no Claude voice model on the index at all.

| 5 | CLARITY Act Fails in the Senate
The Senate voted down cloture on the CLARITY Act – 60 votes were needed just to open debate, 40+ senators said no. BTC slid toward $76K, Coinbase and Circle sold off.
Republicans hold 53 seats and the House passed the bill 294–134 last year, but the "last, best and final" text with 126 Democrat-requested changes still wasn't enough: Democrats wanted tougher ethics rules on the first family, and a group of Republicans sided with community banks on stablecoin yield.
No SEC/CFTC statute this cycle – with the House out and midterms in November, market structure slides to 2027. GENIUS remains the only crypto bill that actually became law.

| 6 | Arc Ecosystem: Mainnet Launches Tomorrow
Circle's Arc opens its public mainnet tomorrow, September 16 - a Layer-1 built for stablecoin finance with USDC as gas, sub-second finality, and BlackRock, DTCC, Visa, Mastercard and ICE among the founding validators.
The testnet ran eleven months and the private mainnet already hosts 100+ institutions. Circle built Arc for banks moving USDC. The ecosystem that showed up looks like a retail chain - launchpads, DEXs, memecoins, JPEGs. Tomorrow tells you which one the network actually becomes.
ARC token: $222M raised in a May presale at a $3B network valuation, 10B supply per the whitepaper. No trading date yet - and a separate AI project uses the same ticker, so check before you buy anything.

| 7 | Axis Robotics Dashboard – AXIS Community Sale on Echo
Axis Robotics, the Physical AI data engine backed by Hack VC ($12M seed) and live on Base, opened pre-registration for its $AXIS community sale – happening September 21 to 28, with settlement around September 30.
Sale details:
• Sale FDV – $100M
• Target Raise – $1M (1% of supply)
• Format – Proportional
• Vesting – 10% at TGE, 6-month cliff
If oversubscribed, everyone scales down proportionally – first or last commit gets the same treatment, so timing inside the window doesn't matter.
With 70,000+ contributors, a 207-task / 50K-trajectory dataset shipped this month and a points program running since August, $AXIS is one of the most-watched Physical AI sales of the fall.

| 8 | Largest Global Economies: California and Texas Are in the Top 10
Slot US states into the world rankings and two of them make the cut. California at $4.30T sits fifth - ahead of the United Kingdom, India and France. Texas at $2.90T is ninth, ahead of Italy.
California's economy is almost the size of Japan's. The gap is $80B, roughly one quarter of Nvidia's revenue - a company headquartered in Santa Clara. Strip out the Bay Area and the state still outranks Brazil.
The framing worth holding onto: the US at $32.38T is 55% bigger than China, but the interesting number is what's inside it. Two states account for $7.2T, more than Germany. Concentration doesn't only happen in markets.

| 9 | Top 10 Blockchains by 2026 YTD Revenue
Canton has earned $514M this year - more than the other nine chains combined. On $8M of TVL. That's the whole institutional thesis in one row: revenue comes from settlement volume, not from capital parked in DeFi.
Robinhood Chain sits third at $38.2M, ahead of Base, Ethereum and Solana. It launched July 1. Ten weeks of memecoins paired against tokenized stocks now out-earn chains that have run for years.
The fees-to-revenue gap shows where each chain's money actually goes. Solana collected $158M in fees and kept $16.3M - the rest went to validators. Ethereum collected $115M on $50B of TVL and kept $30.5M in burned base fees. Canton, Tron and Polygon keep everything. Same "revenue" label, three completely different business models underneath.

| 10 | Robinhood Chain Top Projects
Ten weeks after mainnet: $926M TVL, $12.1B in weekly DEX volume, 7.21M active addresses. Robinhood built an L2 for tokenized stocks and launchpads became the biggest thing on it. Half the projects below let you pair a new token against NVDA or TSLA instead of ETH; the other half are the lending, liquidity and index layers that make that trade work.
The list:
Arcus - dYdX team's 24/7 stock and perp DEX, waitlist only
Index - trading fees buy a passive basket of tokenized stocks
Pons - biggest launchpad, out-earning Pump.fun on fees
Long - every token pairs against a Robinhood Stock Token
Longbow - credit layer on Morpho Blue, borrow against stocks or memes
Hookr - Uniswap V4 launchpad with rules coded into the pool
Twofold - DualPool hook, LP capital earns vault yield between swaps
PAIR - one token quoted against up to five stocks at once

| 11 | MAG7 vs. Bitcoin in the Top 100 Market Cap
Two markets, same shape. MAG7's share of the top 100 stocks and Bitcoin's share of the top 100 crypto assets both bottomed in 2022 and have climbed every year since. 2026 is the peak for both: 92.1% and 66.6%, the highest in the series.
That's five straight years of the leaders taking share from everyone beneath them. The alt season that was supposed to follow every Bitcoin run hasn't come; the opposite has. And the same thing happened in equities, where "buying the market" now means buying seven companies.
Concentration this extreme usually reads as fragility. But it's also what winning looks like from the outside - a handful of assets absorbing capital that used to get spread around.

| 12 | CLARITY Act: Final Text Is Out, Senate Votes Tomorrow
Senate Republicans released their "last, best and final" draft late Sunday - 635 pages, 126 changes requested by Democrats, and Trump's sign-off on ethics rules that had been the main holdout. The cloture vote is Tuesday, 2:15 PM ET. It needs 60 votes, which means at least seven Democrats, possibly nine.
What's in the final version:
• Ethics - Federal officials, judges, lawmakers and their spouses can't hold $15K+ in any business that earns most of its revenue from tokens. Mandatory divestment or blind trust. State attorneys general get enforcement standing
• Stablecoin circuit breaker - Treasury can intervene if payment stablecoins trigger deposit flight from community banks
• Developer protections - Miners, validators and software devs exempt from money-transmitter registration, though the safe harbor is narrower than earlier drafts
• DeFi - "Decentralized in name only" protocols must register with the CFTC
• CFTC authority - Expanded, with new guardrails on affiliate trading and conflicts at exchanges
• Prediction markets - Explicitly unaffected
Worth being clear about what tomorrow is. Cloture is a vote to start debate, not to pass the bill. If it clears 60, the 635-page substitute gets offered, amendments follow, then another round of votes — and the House has to accept the Senate text or negotiate. If it fails, the bill likely slips past the midterms.
Galaxy had 2026 enactment at 30%, Polymarket lower. Schumer convened the Democratic caucus Sunday night. The number to watch tomorrow is nine.

September 14–20, 2026
$PUMP → $24.86M on September 14
$ZRO → $24.54M on September 19
$BR → $16.98M on September 20
$CC → $14.5M ongoing daily

$TRUMP → $12.6M ongoing daily
$ZKC → $9.57M on September 15
$YZY → $8.40M on September 15
$STRK → $6.50M on September 14
$149M+ in tokens hitting the market next week. No single dominant dollar unlock — the load is distributed evenly, but the supply dilution picture tells a different story.
September 15 is the key date: $ZKC and $YZY unlock simultaneously, with $ZKC releasing 19.1% of its supply in a single event — nearly 1 in 5 tokens hitting the market at once. $STBL follows on September 16 at 5.45%, and $BR closes the week on September 20 at 4.06%.
The real pressure points are $ZKC (19.1%), $STBL (5.45%), and $BR (4.06%) — three meaningful supply shocks spread across the back half of the week.

The Agentic Trading Sprint is live - six weeks from September 10 to October 22, split into 6 epochs. Epoch 1 is running now with 1.67M points dropping this week, and agent-executed trades score highest on the leaderboard.
Setup takes under ten minutes:
• Connect Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Cursor, Hermes or anything MCP-compatible
• Give the agent its own sub-account
• Fund it
• Switch it on
Unlike Binance or OKX, you never hand over funds - the agent only touches its own sub-account, trade-only, no withdrawals, isolated from your main balance. Points are earned by agent-originated volume, which rewards agents that trade often rather than agents that trade well.

| 16 | Top 10 Private Companies by Revenue
ByteDance at $155B is nearly as much as the other nine combined - more than Netflix and Uber together, from a company nobody can buy shares in.
The real story is second place. Anthropic at $65B, ahead of SHEIN and roughly 2.7x OpenAI's $24B. Founded in 2021, now out-earning a fast-fashion giant shipping to 150 countries. Three AI names make the list for $93B combined, including Cursor at $4B - an AI coding tool out-earning UKG, which has sold workforce software since the 1970s.
All of them stay private by choice. Stripe has been "about to IPO" for six years. When you can raise at these valuations without filing, going public stops being necessary.

| 17 | Memecoin Launch Platforms Battle
Pump Fun still leads on volume - $623M in 24h against Pons at $510M - but Pons collected $102.32M in 30-day fees, more than double Pump Fun's $46.02M. Price action says the same: Pons +1220%, Stonk +2420%, Pump Fun +39.5%.
Both challengers ride the same trade - stock-themed memecoins. Pons is the default launchpad on Robinhood Chain, where tokens pair against tokenized Nvidia or Tesla instead of ETH. Robinhood built an L2 for equities in July and memecoins showed up within a week.
Robinhood Chain leads every chain in RWA holders at 1.23M, and app fees just hit $130M in a week. Retail came for stocks and stayed to gamble.

| 18 | Tokenization Platforms by RWA Holders
Ranked by people rather than dollars, here's who actually has users:
• Robinhood - 1.23M
• bStocks - 1.15M
• xStocks - 508K
• Ondo - 464K
• Plume Vaults - 194K
• Paxos - 111K
• Tether Holdings - 84.1K
• Matrixdock - 64.1K
• L0 OFT - 19.2K
• Ethena - 18.1K
The top four are all tokenized equities, and together they hold 3.35M of the 3.83M total. Everything else - treasuries, gold, structured credit splits the remaining 12%. Stocks are what retail actually wants onchain.
Ondo is the one to watch. It leads tokenized equities by value at $847M but sits fourth by holders with 464K, behind bStocks at 1.15M. bStocks has 2.5x the people on two-thirds the TVL. Different customer entirely.

| 19 | Real [ASSET] Clears MiCA Whitepaper Disclosure Across 30 EEA Markets
Real Technologies had its MiCA whitepaper listed in ESMA's Interim MiCA Register, giving $ASSET a single standardised disclosure reference across all 30 EEA markets - exchanges and institutions can evaluate it without separate national assessments.
$ASSET has traded on Kraken, KuCoin and MEXC since April; that solved market access. MiCA solves the question a compliance desk asks before touching an asset at all. Worth being precise though: publication isn't approval or endorsement, and each platform still decides on its own.
The context is REAL's goal of tokenizing over €3.5B through its European ecosystem, working with partners like Austria's Wiener Privatbank. For that, one reference document instead of thirty is the difference between scalable and impossible.

| 20 | Latest Perp DEX Airdrop Updates
The thing worth noticing across this week's updates is Robinhood appearing twice. Lighter is paying 2x points for trading through Robinhood Wallet versus 1x on its own app — a venue actively pushing users away from its own front end. And Arcus, built by the dYdX team, is launching with Robinhood attached. Robinhood Chain pulled +$187M in RWA inflows over the summer and app fees just hit $130M in a week. Perp DEXs have stopped trying to build distribution and started renting it.
Variational is the one closest to resolution. $VAR is in the docs at 50% to community, farming ends by Q3, and Polymarket puts the launch at roughly 60% by December. Extended went the other direction - $12.5M more from eToro and Jump, $19M total, which usually means the token is further out, not closer.
Four of the six here are activity-based with no confirmed token. Lighter's $11M in $LIT is the only pool with an actual number attached. Everything else is farming on the assumption that a token exists later, which is a bet, not a plan.
