NO CAUSATION. NO CLAIM. 🔗⚖️ Can you prove the link… or just the loss? Many claims fail not because they lack evidence, but because they fail to prove causation. Having additional costs or delays doesn't automatically create entitlement. A successful claim must demonstrate a clear connection between: 📌 The Event ➜ The Impact ➜ The Loss If that link cannot be established, the claim becomes difficult to justify. 💥 Common mistakes ❌ Focusing only on the loss ❌ Assuming every additional cost is recoverable ❌ Weak cause-and-effect analysis ✅ Professional approach ✔️ Clearly identify the triggering event ✔️ Demonstrate how it affected the project ✔️ Support the claim with objective evidence ✔️ Connect every cost to its actual cause 💡 Golden Rule Evidence proves what happened. Causation proves entitlement. A strong claim doesn't just show what was lost—it proves why it was lost. Don't go without asking about the types of causation. لا سبب... لا مطالبة 🔗⚖️ هل تستطيع إثبات العلاقة... أم تثبت الخسارة فقط؟ تفشل العديد من المطالبات ليس بسبب نقص الأدلة، بل بسبب عدم إثبات العلاقة السببية. وجود تكلفة إضافية أو أثر على المشروع لا يعني تلقائيًا وجود استحقاق. فالمطالبة الناجحة يجب أن تثبت التسلسل التالي: 📌 الحدث ➜ الأثر ➜ الخسارة إذا لم تثبت هذه العلاقة، يصبح تبرير المطالبة أكثر صعوبة. 💥 أخطاء شائعة ❌ التركيز على الخسارة فقط ❌ افتراض أن كل تكلفة إضافية قابلة للاسترداد ❌ تجاهل العوامل الأخرى المؤثرة ❌ ضعف تحليل العلاقة بين السبب والأثر ✅ التصرف الاحترافي ✔️ حدد الحدث الذي أدى إلى المطالبة ✔️ أثبت أثره على المشروع ✔️ ادعم المطالبة بأدلة موضوعية ✔️ اربط كل تكلفة بسببها الحقيقي 💡 القاعدة الذهبية الأدلة تثبت ما حدث... والعلاقة السببية تثبت الاستحقاق. المطالبة القوية لا تكتفي بإثبات الخسارة، بل تثبت سببها. لا تذهب دون أن تسأل عن أنواع السببية.
