At first glance, it talks about two people fighting for a job offer and how that one fight determines the future of them both, where one succeeds and other one falls. The caveat is that the word Hire also has a different meaning. It means Her in old english. I leave that decode to you :) But I am open to your name suggestions if you think changing it is worthwhile
