WordsWord brought us near, words, alluding our fear To the wise man, a wise tool, Its misuse, makes you a fool words, in them we are caught, words: to express our deepest thought But amongst all, I only see four: Pursue an Open-mind, Explore Talents of all. Or simply... POETs You, the Actors of words In what you see, Filled with passion, You pursue everything, In pure compassion. With an open-mind, an open heart, words do flow, none fading apart Dreamers, Explorers of the unknown, In what you see, poetry is born Though talent is given to all, Some hold words, others hear the call Words build homes, homes of ours, Good times or not, Words have powers. All started different, yet here we all are, Words brought us close, from near and far @upcoming_poet
| 2 | Exist
Lads, coms, call them whatever
They do exist, with a pure endeavor
They stark, build, exceed,
Exist, ignite and proceed
Builders, founders, creatives of all,
Standing still, not to fall
Met them, have seen them today,
They exist, beyond the screens, may I say

| 4 | Sleep
Sleep deprived, awake for hours,
I'm feeling like... losing all my powers
After 21 hours, awake, I pen this down
In reality, I should be the one lying down
Sleep, sleep, sleep, all I see is that,
Even a poem is written, swayed by the heart.
Good night, y'all, I say farewell,
Into the dreamers land, to where I entrain. | 656 |
| 5 | I'm glad I had this session with you all. Sorry for spamming you with the replies here... hehe
I hope to have S.M.As some other time to know u all better as well ✨
Thank you for all the lovely words and kind thought, this truly made my night. We'll meet with more poems and more enthusiasm as we've been doing.
Good night and happy holidays y'all! ❤️ | 452 |
| 6 | And to our final question....
I can't think of one 😭 | 417 |
| 7 | The breeze of what life throws at you and what you see all around you 🍀 | 362 |
| 8 | It would be my honor 😊 | 286 |
| 9 | They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. (though you suffer in agony at times) | 208 |
| 10 | So, I love walks (specially long ones with peers).
But one time, I walked from a place called Goro to SIT, all for fun (tho I regrated it halfway) - spanning 12.5 KMs and that for me is unforgettable and genuinely funny | 216 |
| 11 | SO, they day has finally come for me to explain why I chose Destiny as a name for the channel.
If you go the first ever post here (also pinned), you'll find a poem. That's destiny.
At first glance, it talks about two people fighting for a job offer and how that one fight determines the future of them both, where one succeeds and other one falls.
The caveat is that the word Hire also has a different meaning. It means Her in old english. I leave that decode to you :)
But I am open to your name suggestions if you think changing it is worthwhile | 205 |
| 12 | One last question and that would be it for today 😄 | 76 |
| 13 | I'm just a student for God's sake 😅 | 159 |
| 14 | To the messages I can not share here, I have replied to you ezaw S.M.A lay 😭 | 151 |
| 15 | How about we discuss about this after the S.M.A ends? | 159 |
| 16 | Yeah!
Doesn't it? | 164 |
| 17 | I've reached the point that saying everyone is the right answer 😁 | 161 |
| 18 | Dm ur telebirr
Let it be my holiday gift to u 😭 | 137 |
| 19 | There are times i've had regrets but I have forgotten about them. Remember that everything happens for the best. | 144 |
| 20 | Focus on more important things in life. Work on yourself instead of investing time on a thing that is hopeless. | 157 |
