A sudden sense of what could be, when
Standing shoulder to shoulder with me.
I wished to feel your heartbeat and touch,
To hold your gaze and dissolve too much.
Where all "what if" "if even", "but" just not exist,
And the whole wide world is lost in the mist.
We frozen in a moment we could not resist.
Snapped out of it,
And leaving just a something that will always persist...

It's hard to pretend, right? Where did these games lead you? You are trying to control and subdue everything, but what kind of pain stands behind this?
