Non è soltanto uno spazio geografico o operativo: è un complesso sistema di connessioni da cui dipendono sicurezza, economia e tecnologia globale.
È questo il senso più profondo del confronto di oggi a Venezia, al XV Trans-Regional Seapower Symposium, insieme ai rappresentanti di oltre 70 Marine.
Viviamo in un tempo nel quale ciò che accade a migliaia di chilometri da noi può produrre conseguenze immediate sulla nostra sicurezza, sulla nostra economia, sulla vita quotidiana dei nostri cittadini.
Lo vediamo a Hormuz e a Bab el-Mandeb. Lo vediamo nel Mar Rosso.
Me esiste un fronte che non vediamo: è sotto la superficie del mare, dove passano cavi, energia, dati e infrastrutture essenziali che spesso non vediamo, ma dalle quali dipendiamo ogni giorno.
E lo vediamo nella velocità con cui tecnologia, droni, sistemi autonomi, cyber e intelligenza artificiale stanno cambiando il modo stesso di concepire la Difesa. Una tecnologia che non aspetta le nostre procedure. Una parte importante dei futuri equilibri di potere si giocherà proprio sulla capacità di governare questa accelerazione tecnologica, La vera competizione infatti sta nel possedere la tecnologia migliore quanto nel trasformarla più rapidamente in capacità operativa.
Per questo nessun Paese può pensare di affrontare da solo le sfide che abbiamo davanti. Servono cooperazione, interoperabilità, capacità industriale, innovazione e, soprattutto, la capacità di trasformare rapidamente la tecnologia in strumenti concreti di sicurezza.
Proteggere il mare significa proteggere ciò che attraverso il mare ci rende forti: la nostra sicurezza, la nostra economia, la nostra libertà.
Venezia lo aveva capito secoli fa. Oggi dobbiamo tornare a comprenderlo fino in fondo"

Dziś Zastępca Szefa #AgencjaUzbrojenia, gen. bryg. Piotr Paluch, wraz z przedstawicielami Szefostwa Techniki Lądowej #AU, uczestniczył w organizowanym przez @hyundairotemeu "K2PL Partners Day" - wydarzeniu kierowanym dla firm-odbiorców technologii montażu i produkcji czołgów K2PL oraz jego podzespołów - pozyskanych przez AU.
Jest to kolejny etap realizacji podpisanych umów: ramowej z lipca 2022 r., wykonawczej nr 2 z sierpnia 2025 r. oraz wynikającej z niej licencyjnej z grudnia 2025 r., będącej zarazem zalążkiem przyszłej realizacji obsług, napraw i przeglądów wszystkich pojazdów rodziny K2, znajdujących się i wchodzących na wyposażenie oraz uzbrojenie #WojskoPolskie. - Agencja Uzbrojenia

Dobbiamo ritrovare le ragioni profonde per cui l’Europa esiste. E oggi la risposta la trovo soprattutto in una parola: sicurezza.
La Difesa ne è una parte essenziale, ma il pilastro principale è economico, industriale, tecnologico e, di conseguenza, sociale. Senza capacità di produrre ricchezza non c’è nulla da redistribuire e rischiano di saltare proprio quelle conquiste sociali che rappresentano uno dei patrimoni più importanti dell’Europa.
Il problema è il tempo. Ne abbiamo poco e, come europei, non siamo abituati alla velocità. Dobbiamo costruire un’Europa che superi il perimetro dei 27 e punti a una vera Difesa continentale".
