A police man was alleged to have been involved in demanding & accepting the money. But, the petitioner, a tea stall worker would receive money 1st and then he passed on to police man.
When they were trapped, FIR was registered against him under PC act too.
This petition was for quashing the FIR.
HC refused to do so.
