የአዳማ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ (ASTU) ተማሪዎች "ካፌ ለማይጠቀሙ" (Non-cafe) ተማሪዎች የሚከፈለው የምግብ ክፍያ እና የወጪ መጋራት (Cost-sharing) ስሌት ላይ ከፍተኛ የአሰራር ግድፈትና የፋይናንስ ችግር እንዳለ ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ በፅሁፍ ቅሬታ አስገብተዋል።
ተማሪዎቹ እንደገለጹት፤ ዩኒቨርሲቲው ተማሪዎች ያልተቀበሉትን ገንዘብ እንደ ዕዳ በመመዝገብ ለከፍተኛ የገንዘብ ጫና እየዳረጋቸው ይገኛል።
ተማሪዎቹ ጉዳዩን በዝርዝር ለማስረዳት የሚከተሉትን ነጥቦች አቅርበዋል።
1. በአንደኛ ሴሚስተር በፖርታል ላይ የተመዘገበው የወጪ መጋራት ዕዳ 15,000 ብር ነው። ሆኖም ተማሪዎች ከመስከረም እስከ ጥር ድረስ በድምሩ የተቀበሉት 12,800 ብር ብቻ ነው። በዚህም 2,200 ብር ሳይቀበሉ ዕዳ ተደርጎባቸዋል።
2. በሁለተኛው ሴሚስተር ፥ አሁንም በፖርታል ላይ 15,000 ብር ዕዳ ተመዝግቧል። ተማሪዎች እስካሁን (ከየካቲት እስከ ሚያዚያ) የተቀበሉት 9,000 ብር ብቻ ነው።
ተማሪዎች አሁን የሚገኙት በግንቦት ወር ሲሆን፣ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተለመደውን የ3,000 ብር ክፍያ ብቻ ልኮ ዝም የሚል ከሆነ በቀሪው ክፍያ ላይ ከፍተኛ ክፍተት ይፈጠራል። ተማሪዎቹ " በግንቦት ወር ዕዳው እንዲካካስልን 6,000 ብር ሊላክልን ይገባል " ይላሉ።
አሁን ባለው አካሄድ ከፍተኛ የሆነ ገንዘብ ተማሪው እጁ ላይ ሳይደርስ በእዳ እንደሚያዝ ጠቁሙዋል። እጃቸው ላይ ሊደርስ የሚገባው ገንዘብ የት እንደሚደርስ ምንም እውቅና እንደሌላቸው አስረድተዋል።
" ያልተጠቀምንበትን አንከፍልም " - ተማሪዎች
ተማሪዎቹ እንደሚሉት፤ አንድ ተማሪ በዓመት ውስጥ በአማካይ ከ3,000 እስከ 6,000 ብር ያልተጠቀመበትን እና በእጁ ያልገባን ገንዘብ እንደ ዕዳ እንዲከፍል ይገደዳል። " ይህ ከፍተኛ የፋይናንስ ጉድለት እና የአሰራር ብልሹነት ነው " ብለዋል።
" ብዙ የድሃ ልጆች ባለንበት ሁኔታ ያልተጠቀምንበትን የመክፈል ግዴታ የለብንም " ሲሉ ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ቅሬታቸውን ገልጸዋል።
ይህንን ከፍተኛ የፋይናንስ ስሌት መዛባት በተመለከተ ለሚመለከተው የዩኒቨርሲቲው የስራ ሃላፊዎች ጥያቄ ቢያቀርቡም፣ እስካሁን መፍትሄ ለመስጠት ፍቃደኛ የሆነ አካል አለመኖሩን ተማሪዎቹ ጠቁመዋል።
ተማሪዎቹ፦
- ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር እና የዩኒቨርሲቲው አስተዳደር በወጪ መጋራት ስሌቱ ላይ አስቸኳይ ግምገማ እንዲያደርጉ።
- በተማሪዎች ስም የሚመዘገበው ዕዳ ተማሪዎች በእጃቸው ከሚረከቡት ገንዘብ ጋር እኩል እንዲሆን።
- ተማሪዎች ካልተጠቀሙበት የዕዳ ጫና ነጻ ሆነው ትምህርታቸውን እንዲያጠናቅቁ ምቹ ሁኔታ እንዲፈጠር ... ጥሪ አቅርበዋል።
ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ የተማሪዎቹን ቅሬታ ይዞ ተቋሙን ለማነጋገር ጥረት ቢያደርግም ለጊዜው አልተሳካም። ማብራሪያ እንደደረሰን ወይም ከዩኒቨርሲቲው አስተዳደር በኩል የሚሰጠውን ምላሽ ተከታትሎ የሚያቀርብ ይሆናል።

| 11 | Ethiopia has been added to the supported countries for the Claude API. I just tested it and was able to use the model in my editor’s Claude extension and CLI without a VPN.
However, the main chat website (claude.com) still redirects to 'country not supported.' I expect it to be fully available in Ethiopia soon! 🇪🇹

Telegram rolled out an AI editor that appears after typing a few words. The “Ai” button lets users translate text, fix grammar, or change style. It runs on open source models via Cocoon Network.
The feature sits directly in the input field and works as a quick rewrite tool inside chats. No separate app or workflow.
The update also brings media attachments to polls, Live Photos support on iOS, a bot builder, a document scanner on iOS, plus labels for unofficial clients.
