Dear Software Engineering Students,
Students who wish to take an overload are requested to submit their overload request letters to the Software Engineering Department by today at 3:00 PM (9:00 LT).
Please ensure that your letter includes the following information:
1. Full Name, Student ID, and Year of Study
2. Current Credit Hours (before adding the course)
3. Course to Be Added (Course Name and Credit Hours)
4. Total Credit Hours After Adding the Course
5. Current CGPA
Important: Students with a CGPA below 2.75 are not eligible to take an overload, except graduating students.
Please submit your request within the specified deadline.

📢 Urgent Notice: BSc Thesis Title Submission (CEng5203)
For 5th-Year GC Students (Regular & Extension)
=>Individual Task Only:
Sharing or copying titles among students is strictly prohibited.
=>Requirements: Submit at least 3 proposed titles with a brief description (max 1 page total).
=>Four Streams: Titles must fall under one of four streams: Structural, Geotechnical, Highway and Transportation, or Construction Engineering and Management.
=>Strict Policy:No title changes allowed after approval. Thesis serves as the foundation for BSc Thesis II.
=>Submission: Direct hardcopy submission to the Department Office by Monday, October 30.
=>Late Submissions: Will NOT be accepted, and late comers forfeit topic priority.
