An impressive wall of text about the specs, but I still remember how Russia lost the cruiser "Moskva": too many Ukrainian drones were circling in the air, the Moskva's radars were overwhelmed, and while the warship's crew was confused - Ukrainian anti-ship missiles hit the cruiser, and soon enough it was lost. Similar fate waits any large surface warship these days - why do you think the US navy keeps a distance from the Iranian coast? Why do you think the Houthis can control the Red Sea? The other danger is the military marine drones that get better with time. Way faster than surface warships. Two coppers tracked photographer Alastair Hilton down to a pub just to have a word with him about his tweets criticising the local council. Now, apparently, they had the time and resources to drag him outside for a grilling over some social media posts about a row over pub tables and chairs. They even read out the legislation they could nick him under if he stepped out of line, and told him he was "on the edge" of committing an offence – even though he'd made it clear he had no intention of organising any protests. The most ridiculous Sand War so far. The latest Sand War didn't end in a nuclear war - like a certain country hoped - but some serious damage was done here and there. Currently the Strait of Hormuz is half-open, and the USA demand to open the waterway fully. I will allow myself some optimism and try to predict the future US-Iranian deal. Trump wants to keep his power, and Iran wants to repair the damages. Both sides can make an openly secret deal of staying in their own corners. The USA will return the frozen Iranian money (via US goods) to Iran. Iran will declare that they won't make nukes, but they'll keep their missile industry. Bibi and his mates will try their hardest to reignite the war by provoking Iran. Trump, as much as he wants to keep Bibi happy, will have to remind Bibi that the times have changed, and the USA will have to cut off the weapons supply to Israel. No more bombs to bomb Lebanon.
