A One-of-a-Kind Vessel – The Admiral Nakhimov, a Project 1144 (Kirov-class) nuclear-powered missile cruiser displacing 28,000 tons, is now in the final stages of sea trials following an extensive modernization at the Sevmash Shipyard. She remains the heaviest surface combatant currently in service anywhere in the world.
Unmatched Speed – With a top speed of 32 knots, she can comfortably outpace every cruiser, destroyer, frigate, and aircraft carrier operated by the U.S. Navy and its NATO allies. The secret lies in her two KN-3 nuclear reactors, which deliver an impressive 140,000 shaft horsepower. The Kirov class is the only nuclear-powered surface combatant class still operational today.
Strategic Endurance – Unlike conventional warships, which gradually lose speed and range as their fuel supplies dwindle, the Admiral Nakhimov can sustain high-speed operations across virtually unlimited distances without relying on replenishment vessels. The other danger is the military marine drones that get better with time. Way faster than surface warships. Unless Russia can develop and install some kind of long range laser defenses - Admiral Nakhimov will be in a constant risk in the open sea.

The latest Sand War didn't end in a nuclear war - like a certain country hoped - but some serious damage was done here and there. Currently the Strait of Hormuz is half-open, and the USA demand to open the waterway fully.
I will allow myself some optimism and try to predict the future US-Iranian deal.
Trump wants to keep his power, and Iran wants to repair the damages. Both sides can make an openly secret deal of staying in their own corners. The USA will return the frozen Iranian money (via US goods) to Iran. Iran will declare that they won't make nukes, but they'll keep their missile industry. Bibi and his mates will try their hardest to reignite the war by provoking Iran. Trump, as much as he wants to keep Bibi happy, will have to remind Bibi that the times have changed, and the USA will have to cut off the weapons supply to Israel. No more bombs to bomb Lebanon.
And now - I wait. I am curious what will "rejected" Israel do in the future.

Times have changed, and so did the Volkswagen. Instead of sinking together with other German businesses - Volkswagen decided to try two new things at once: building their factories in China, and making Chinese cars in Germany in the future.
The story of VW going into China isn't new - the "In China, for China" strategy was implemented to survive economically. VW had to make some deals, buy some shares and technologies. Developing new cars this way is 30% faster and up to 50% cheaper than doing it in Europe, which helps the VW to price the cars competitively against local brands - meaning the VW can stay afloat in China.
VW also decided to assemble their new cars in Germany. For the locals it means that maybe the VW won't fire 100.000 workers. For the VW it means much needed profit - which fell by 44% so far. A lot must be done to save the VW.
Time will show if the VW can survive these interesting times.
