आवश्यक सूचना 📢📣🔉🔊 सभी GDS साथियों से अनुरोध है की सभी लोग Day end 5️⃣ बजे के बाद ही करें क्योंकि 2026 में लगने वाला वेतनमान GDS कार्यप्रणाली यानी की GDS कितने घंटे काम करते हैं इस पर निर्भर करेगा और विभाग भी हम पर दबाव डाल रहा है कि जल्दी-जल्दी Day end करो ताकि हमें तीन और चार घंटे की ही वर्क लोड पर सीमित रखा जाए नहीं तो इस बार 2026 में ग्रुप डी वाला वेतनमान GDS को सरकार देने के लिए दबाव बना रही है लेकिन डिपार्टमेंट नहीं चाहता है जीडीएस को ग्रुप डी वाला वेतनमान मिले इसलिए सभी लोगों से अनुरोध है अपनी डिवाइस को Day Begin 9️⃣ और Day end 5️⃣ के बाद ही बंद करें और यह खबर अपने जितने भी जानने वाले हैं सबको प्रेषित करें..... सूचना सूत्र GDS Union Group

आज कई जगह पूरे भारत में IPPB का हिसाब IMA ऐप में फेच नहीं कर रहा है जिसके लिए IPPB के संबंधित डिपार्टमेंट से शिकायत की गई।उनके अनुसार यह समस्या DoP की तरफ से है जिसके लिए DoP की टीम काम कर रही है और हिसाब फेच हो जाएगा।

Sir/Madam, Update from Team : IPPB is working in DR today hence connectivity issue are observed. Issue has been taken up with IPPB team and teams are working. Expected to be resolved in 15 -30 mts

Never adjust IPPB entries through mismatch data entry option. IPPB data will be fetched automatically if not tomorrow may be day after tomorrow...But,If you adjust it through mismatch data entry,then there is a high chance it leads to duplicate transactions which can only be cancelled by Head Postmaster after consultation with your SPM !

Don't trust any unverified source regarding GDS Rule3 Transfer update. A Fake WhatsApp message is being circulated widely in Social Media, which is completely fake. Follow our Official Sources only....

दोस्तों, इस साल Rule3 पहले जैसा नहीं होगा। अचानक से ओपन हो जाएगा Short Notice पे। इस वीडियो के अनुसार, आप सब लोगों से मेरा Request है, 15 तारीख से पहले सबलोग अपना Details APT Portal पर Check और Rectify कर ले। Department पर भरोसा ना करे। कभी भी Short Notice पर APT Portal में Rule3 का Card Add कर दिया जाएगा

*Kind Attention DDOs* This is regarding *GDS Substitute Payment with GDS Leave validations* wef *SEPT 2025* 👇 1️⃣ LWA is required and must be approved for the Substitute Arrangement Period. 2️⃣ Substitute Basic Pay will be drawn with GDS Paybill *only if* Arrangement is approved within the LWA period. 3️⃣ No TRCA recovery will be made towards Arrangement period alone. Recovery shall be only against LWA or other Leaves which affect Pay/TRCA. 4️⃣ Substitute Basic Pay will *NOT* be drawn even if approved arrangement exists, IF: (a) No Approved LWA for the period (b) Leave is cancelled and arrangement not cancelled (c) [other similar cases] 5️⃣ Substitute Pay will *NOT* be recovered if arrangement is cancelled or LWA cancelled *after Paybill Generation/Confirmation*. This should be handled manually as Account recovery. 6️⃣ Substitute Pay will be drawn under Approved arrangement during any type of Leave where TRCA is deducted. 7️⃣ Substitute Pay drawn info together with Leave details shall be available in Pay Summary. 📌 This shall be implemented in *Paybill generation wef 15/09*. 👉 Please ensure arrangements are made from the Admin authorities accordingly.

📢 सभी साथियों से निवेदन आने वाले समय में हम पर लगातार दबाव डाला जाएगा कि “Day End जल्दी करो।” लेकिन इसका असली कारण है – 8th Pay Commission (जो 2026 से लागू होने की संभावना है)। अगर हम रोज़ 1–2 बजे Day End कर देंगे, तो रिकॉर्ड में ये दिखेगा कि GDS सिर्फ़ 4–5 घंटे ही काम करता है। ➡️ इससे हमारी वर्किंग ऑवर्स कम दिखेंगे ➡️ सैलरी और फायदे घट सकते हैं ➡️ और 8th Pay Commission का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा ⚠️ इसलिए, सभी साथी Day End केवल शाम को ही करें। जितनी देर सिस्टम चालू रहेगा, उतना ही काम का समय रिकॉर्ड में जाएगा। 👉 हम सब मिलकर ही अपने हक़ को बचा सकते हैं। ---
