अपने शाखा डाकघरों का Day Begin एवं Day End प्रतिदिन सुनिश्चित कराएं। यह बहुत महत्वपूर्ण मामला है। इसकी मॉनिटरिंग परिमंडलीय स्तर पर की जा रही है। इस संबंध में 4 बजे से VC है।

दोस्तों, क्या आपने एक ज़रूरी बात नोटिस की है? आने वाले 4-5 महीनों में, हम पर लगातार डे एंड 2 जल्दी पूरा करने का दबाव और ध्यान रहेगा। कई जगहों पर, यह शुरू भी हो चुका होगा—लगातार "डे एंड जल्दी करो, डे एंड जल्दी करो" कहते हुए।
लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं कि इसके पीछे छिपा एजेंडा क्या है?
ध्यान से सुनिए दोस्तों—आठवाँ वेतन आयोग 2026 से लागू होने की उम्मीद है। यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि हमारी तनख्वाह न बढ़े या हमारे काम के घंटे ज़्यादा न लगें, वे अब हमें डे एंड पहले से ही पूरा करने के लिए दबाव डालेंगे।
अगर हम दोपहर 2 बजे से पहले डे एंड करते रहेंगे, तो यह दिखाएगा कि हमारे काम के घंटे कम हैं। नतीजतन:
- हमारे काम के घंटे कम दिखेंगे
- हमारे वेतन में बढ़ोतरी नहीं होगी
- और हो सकता है कि हम आठवें वेतन आयोग के लाभों से भी वंचित रह जाएँ।
वे जानते हैं कि जब तक आपका सिस्टम लॉगिन एक्टिव रहता है, यह दिखाता है कि आप काम कर रहे हैं। इसलिए, समय से पहले काम खत्म करने का दबाव बनाकर, वे आंकड़ों में हेरफेर करके यह दिखा सकते हैं कि जीडीएस (ग्रामीण डाक सेवक) दिन में केवल 4-5 घंटे काम कर रहे हैं।
जब तक आठवां वेतन आयोग लागू नहीं हो जाता, वे यह दिखाने की कोशिश करेंगे कि जीडीएस को केवल कुछ ही घंटे काम करने की ज़रूरत होती है - ताकि हमें कम वेतन देना उचित ठहराया जा सके।

Subject: Urgent Appeal for Justice to Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS)
Respected Rahul Gandhi Ji,
I am writing on behalf of lakhs of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) who are serving as the backbone of India Post. We request your kind support to raise our issues in Parliament and before the Government.
👉 Our Major Problems (Point-wise):
1. Nearly 2.5 to 3 lakh GDS employees are working across India.
2. Official duty hours are shown as 4 hours, but in reality we are forced to work 7–8 hours daily.
3. Under the name of targets, we face continuous harassment and mental torture.
4. TRCA payments are delayed/held back unfairly.
5. Transfer process is very difficult and restrictive.
6. We are paid only ₹10–12 thousand TRCA, almost like labourers, despite heavy responsibilities.
7. Many GDS have committed suicide due to financial and mental pressure.
8. We have no pension, no medical facility, no proper leave benefits.
👉 Our humble demand:
Please help us get departmental employee status, with proper pay, pension, medical and all service benefits. We only ask for equal pay for equal work and justice for our survival.
We believe with your support, the voice of lakhs of poor GDS families will reach the Government. 🙏

किसीने भीख में नहीं दिया ये जीडीएस की नौकरी हमे की छोड़ दूं। भीख में तो तुम जैसे पुराने लोगोंको मिला होगा जो ऐसे ही खुदको नेता बना दिए लेकिन Leader का L भी पता नहीं 🤬🤬🤬
